foxes21 Posted 17 June 2016 Posted 17 June 2016 Rather lose Okizaki than Ulloa. Felt Ulloa provided some pretty important goals for us an he's the only guy tall enough to lob it to.Sigh. How many goals did we score because Okazaki's runs took the defenders away and created space. And that's on top of his pressing, defensive contribution, winning the most free kicks in the league to relieve pressure, i can go on.. Okazaki has been as vital as anyone in our team, that can't be argued.
Foxxed Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 Looking at some stats, Leo had 10 shots on target and scored 6 goals, one being the West Ham penalty. Not a bad stat.
UPinCarolina Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 Arsenal triggered 20m release clause Have a plus one for hitting the low hanging fruit and making me snicker!
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 I would imagine if we're selling Ulloa it's because we want to push the move for Slimani. Very similar players.
Corky Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 He's paid back his transfer fee and some. £8 million for a bloke who has got 20 goals in two seasons? His goals massively helped keep us up and he played brilliantly when needed towards the end of the season.
Sampson Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 He's paid back his transfer fee and some. £8 million for a bloke who has got 20 goals in two seasons? His goals massively helped keep us up and he played brilliantly when needed towards the end of the season. Not to mention how crucial his goals were to us staying up 2 seasons ago and his 2 goals in the 5-3 vs ManUtd, then last season those crucial goals against West Ham and Swansea and *that* earthquake goal against Norwich. I bloody love the guy. Scored some of the most important goals in the club's history. Fecking cult hero!
MrsJohnMurphy Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 His header against Man Utd, still one of my favourite goals by a city player. Sent from my E380 using Tapatalk

Dames Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 I think this one will be up to Ulloa. He'll have the choice of either staying here and being more of a impact player or he'll be able to join another team if he feels he'll be the main man there. I think the chance to play in the Champions League will probably keep him here.
Vlad the Fox Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 Really hope he stays, great title winning player. Mmmmmmmmmmm staaaaay leooo mmmmmmmmmm staaaaay mmmmmmmm
VLC86 Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 Really hope he stays, great title winning player. Mmmmmmmmmmm staaaaay leooo mmmmmmmmmm staaaaay mmmmmmmm You need me to call an ambulance?
Vlad the Fox Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 You need me to call an ambulance? mind control, mmmmmm Victoria sponge mmmmmmmmmm I'd like to bet that you and about 47 other people have just thought of a traditional English sponge cake.
VLC86 Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 Looking at some stats, Leo had 10 shots on target and scored 6 goals, one being the West Ham penalty. Not a bad stat. Great stat and I love the guy but one criticism I would have is sometimes his touch has meant he hasn't managed to get a shot away when he should have. I recon we will get £8-£10m and sell personally for an upgraded version.
sdb Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 We should be looking to get more than we paid for him if he does go. He's now an established PL striker, with an excellent record and plenty still left in his legs. Hope he stays any way, but if he goes for £4-5 mill that'd be a travesty.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 Very much want Leo to stay this summer. Ideally I'd like to see us have five strikers heading into next season & Europe. Ulloa, Okazaki, Vardy and (two new strikers)
Great Boos Up Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 We know exactly what we're getting when Leo comes on and we have an awful lot of games to play next season. He's more than paid his fee back but any bids for what is now an established Premier League player even in his last years should be more than we paid for Kram. Plus I don't know why; but has anyone got any sponge cake?
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 Going to Watford for 50 million.Getting him half price then?
Perseus Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 Three years ago the South American experts on Radio Five did not think he was good enough for the Argentina national squad. Bit unsure whether he could hack in the Premier League at the time. I think he has go the knack of finding that extra yard of space against the top Premier League sides. Not so good against the poorer sides which pack their defence, when more subtlety is required. I can't see him going to Palace who already have Wickham. Fee that Brighton got seems more like £8 million (from their accounts).
FireFox Posted 21 June 2016 Posted 21 June 2016 Hopefully having another Spanish speaker in the squad will make him more likely to stay.
Muzzy_no7 Posted 21 June 2016 Posted 21 June 2016 How about give Watford 12-15Million plus Ulloa for Deeney?
Out Foxed Posted 21 June 2016 Posted 21 June 2016 How about give Watford 12-15Million plus Ulloa for Deeney? Not bad
Isle of Wight Fox 86 Posted 22 June 2016 Posted 22 June 2016 Apparently Villa are interested in him, I have heard that they have asked about his availability.
