Aus Fox Posted 15 July 2016 Posted 15 July 2016 Maybe this is a retirement gift for Wasyl, in your last season you get to play training matches against Witsel everyday, do what you like mate. Thanks for the service.
Fox92 Posted 15 July 2016 Posted 15 July 2016 There was well documented bad blood between the two afterwards, Wasyl refused to shake his hand next time they played. It wasn't an awful clumsy challenge, it was a deliberately vicious challenge. Some players DO go out to hurt others. Roy Keane, anyone? It is proper horrific. If it is deliberate (which I was debating) then you have to think about past incidents between the two players, surely? ... Keane went out just to get 'revenge' (as such). That is awful to type. But yeah I've just read he refused to shake his hand, which would suggest Marcin would think it was deliberate/horrific. Doesn't matter anyway because Witsel won't be coming here.
Fox92 Posted 15 July 2016 Posted 15 July 2016 Why has Fox92 turned into a huge troll of late? Where else, which threads? I know I post a lot of shite in the general sub forums but I'd like to think on the actual Leicester City forum I post well balanced. Certain posters seem very biased (not talking about this thread) which I find annoying.
Brooksy Posted 15 July 2016 Posted 15 July 2016 sign him just so wasyl can snap him then send him back to russia
lcfcfoz Posted 16 July 2016 Posted 16 July 2016 incoming Leicester are eyeing Axel Witsel to replace N'Golo Kante, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. The Foxes are hoping to move on from the departure of Kante to Chelsea, and the Zenit St Petersburg midfielder has been linked with a move.

psychonaut Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 With juventus apparently waiting on our offer for Lemina - perhaps Witsel is our number 1 target. I'd imagine moves being made either way within the next few days. Balance needs re-addressing asap.

I'd imagine moves being made either way within the next few days. Balance needs re-addressing asap. I don't think the club are interested in Witsel. The scouts put a lot of emphasis on the players character and this chap snapped Was' leg in half back in Belgium, unless they have made up I don't think the club will risk that much bad blood behind the scenes. Lemina is the player we need, he subscribes to the Leicester style of get the ball and go forward, fast. We need a positive signing or statement from the club.
