TiffToff88 Posted 22 September 2016 Posted 22 September 2016 I was watching Star Wars Episode IV last night, and wondered why Obi Wan has no memory of R2-D2 and C-3PO. Obviously the droids had their memories wiped at the end of episode 3, but surely Obi Wan should remember them? Come to think of it, there are a hell of a lot of plot holes in Star Wars (and pretty much every other film ever made). Are there any that you guys have picked up?

I aint watched them all the way through for time so can't remember how much 3PO is in Episode 3......but isn't R2 and generic unit of which there are 10000000s of and I don't think he is always referred to as R2 in front of Obi Wan.
RoboFox Posted 22 September 2016 Posted 22 September 2016 I love them, but pretty much the entire Terminator series is one big, fat plot hole.

Saddo alert: Obi Wan actually states "I don't seem to remember 'owning' any droids" when stated they were his! Also as mentioned he never really interacted much with them, when he went to Geonosis and Kamino he has an R5 unit!

foxy boxing Posted 22 September 2016 Posted 22 September 2016 indiana jones with or without indiana jones the nazis would still have retreived the ark, taken it to the island and all died which they did indy plays no part in the eventual outcome of the film(so says the big bang theory)

Not a plot hole for Episode IV, just shit writing for Episodes I-III
Legend_in_blue Posted 22 September 2016 Posted 22 September 2016 Plot holes? Prometheus has got more plot holes than the common kitchen sieve.

Tielemans63 Posted 23 September 2016 Posted 23 September 2016 In Back to the Future Marty almost boffs his own mum on prom night and then, 30 years later, she doesn't think it's weird that her son is the spitting image of the lad she almost copped off with on her prom night but ultimately didn't. Also, when Marty performs Jonny B Goode at the prom, no-one has ever heard it because it's about 10 years before it was actually written, yet the band can play it perfectly after about 10 seconds. Actually love that film but this has pissed me off for years.
StanSP Posted 23 September 2016 Posted 23 September 2016 This counts cos I seen it on TV Nelly & Kelly. Their song, Dilemma. In the video, Kelly Rowland 'texts' Nelly through Microsoft Excel
