We didn't win the league because we 'only' had team spirit, or we 'only' got lucky with injuries or we 'only' got lucky with refereeing decisions or we 'only' had a couple of players worth having. We won the league because we were ****ing excellent. End of.

A – Style of Play I don't think this was the main reason as our style has not changed this season but is less effective. I think the tactical failures of our opponents to nullify the fast and direct style we had played in our favour, or was as a result of Ranieri being able to adapt accordingly. B – Purchase of players N'Golo Kanté - I think this is point one as to the main reason we won the league. C – Choice of manager Ranieri made very good tactical choices and his substitutions turned potential losses into draws and draws into wins (case in point being Villa at home from 2-0 down) D – Objective Intentions of the owner N/a E – Weakness of other teams in the league When Leicester 'slipped up' other teams failed to take advantage, secondary reason that we won it F – Little Rotation of Squad Combined with very little injuries, which leads onto point G G – Other (please specify) High quality of sports science 7) What would you say the value of Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy are respectively? Leicester's total gate receipts for the season are probably not much more than £10M - £12M, which is a drop in the ocean compared to TV revenue, Owner investment and other sponsorships.

A – Style of Play C – Choice of manager G – Other (please specify) No one giving them the respect they deserved, not taking them seriously, "oh they'll fall away", "if they're still there with 5 games to go maybe they could win it." 7) What would you say the value of Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy are respectively? Whatever someone is prepared to pay for them, you can't use other players values as a barometer as the world of buying football players is so ridiculous when it comes to agents, clauses, fees, player wages etc so who knows what they're worth.

To actually answer why LCFC won the title is a very very interesting question ... I think Col covered it in another thread (apart from missing the power of the Monks) .... but d'you know what .... as a lifelong fan I'm just fvckin glad it happened.
