RowlattsFox Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 Musa at left wing doesn't inspire confidence, rather Gray be starting. Albrighton definitely needed a rest, and I'm interested to see Okazaki/Slimani partnership.
st albans fox Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 Vardy had a knock so it's not difficult to play slim ahead of him musa probably gives zaha/Townsend more to think about than gray would re his pace
foxfanazer Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 Hope we don't live to regret not playing Gray. Would be a real shame if he left
FoxinNotts Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 The formation is our usual 4-4-1-1 Musa is a winger. He played as a striker for a season in Russia as Moscow had injuries to all their others. But he's a winger by trade. decent line up. Hope Musa does his defensive duties.
foxes21 Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 so we have 6 wingers now, if that's where musa will be playing? unless kaputska moves to CAM?

NewEnglandFox Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 Not surprised that Gray isn't playing. Not confident to see Okazaki and Musa.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 Good to see some changes, hope Musa and Okazaki do well today
Nick Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 Vardy has a groin injury apparently so resting him from the starting line up.
WoodyFox Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 King deserved a start after the Copenhagen game.. Really hope that Musa does something today!
raba Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 PALACE: Mandanda; Ward, Tomkins, Delaney (c), Kelly; McArthur, Ledley, Cabaye; Townsend, Zaha; Benteke. Subs: Hennessey, Fryers, Flamini, Lee, Sako, Wickham, Campbell.
Harry96 Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 No dann or puncheon is good news. Dangerous combo from set pieces
raba Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 Big loss for us today, our bench looks Championship class.
MC Prussian Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 Big call from Ranieri, but probably the correct one. Vardy has been nowhere near his form from last season, and 0 goals in the past five matches (or 2 in 9) is not good enough. Albrighton's distribution has been lacklustre for a while now, and again I applaud Sir Claudio for benching him. King has deserved that starting spot after the performance against Copenhagen.
Charl91 Posted 22 October 2016 Posted 22 October 2016 Would've liked to see Gray for Musa, but other than that it's exactly what I asked for. Thanks Ranieri, hopefully we get a good result.
