Jeffrey Schlupp wants West Brom move in January according to...

I think when motivated he's a decent impact player for 25 mins. He drives at players and invariably skins them. He therefore also gives us impetus. Unfortunately then end product is more miss than hit, but currently that puts him on a par with most of our other attacking players. the problem is like Walcott the hope was the penny would drop eventually. Sadly for both it's becoming clear it never will.

Going to WBA would not be a great idea for his career development/advancement.

WBA are mainly for players who are rejects from elsewhere or not bad players but are ageing and want to stay there until they retire imo.

We won the Prem with a lot of players described as "rejects from elsewhere".

I've said before, Schlupp can do something that no other player in our team can do...he can beat a full back on the outside, get to the byline and cross the ball. It's sheer pace and strength..he rarely loses in a one on one foot race.

The problem with him is, like Gray, he's got pretty shocking final product. He'll do the running and the beating, but then won't look up and actually find a man...he even crosses with his head down such that it can go anywhere. He's a bit like Lloyd Dyer for that, although Lloyd of course scored far more goals than Jeff.

Lloyd also played week in week out

This doesnt make sense... If a player is out of his depth, then how can he suddenly play well?

Now if you had said he was sulking and so not putting a full shift in, but seems to be doing so now to try and bring some offers in, you might have a few more agreeing with you...

Ok, let me phase it this way. Schlupp is not a good enough player to play consistently well for an entire game, let alone several games on the run.

Put him on for half an hour and sometimes he will do well - but other times he'll have a mare. Despite all his positive attributes, his decision making skills are poor, hence so often he gets himself in a decent position and then squanders the opportunity.

Swap for Evans and I'd be up for that

Otherwise, same rule applies, if he wants to go........let him go

And if if Claudio needs to balance the books to get CM of course

Is Schlupp not the only winger we play on the side of his correct foot though? So obviously it's easier for him than anyone else to go outside.im bored of the constant cutting in,couldn't be more obvious.

It's getting embarrassing how much hate there is for Jeff at the moment.

Like lemmings if s few people say he's crap etc its the fashionable thing to say.

Hes been here years, tries his best, doesn't seem to have a bad attitude if not playing.

Yes,he makes mistakes but if it's others who make them then it's 'Oh never mind atleast he tried "!

Jeff does it and it's" Feck off Jeff!"

Embarrassing.

As long as he doesn't think about things he's okay!!!

I'd sell him but with a buy back clause.

I'd be interested to see what he's like with a full season in the same position under his belt..

It's because he's bad.

Other than pace, he offers nothing.

That's fair enough And your opinion.

14 players played today.

Who would walk into any other Premier Team AT THE MOMENT?

And why does not only Jeff get constant abuse?....

Don't get the Schlupp hate. He frightens defenders and is a great alternate option to the type of wingers we currently go for. Rather than being the problem the lad is probably part of the solution to get us out of this sh*t.

He doesn't get the chance to have those days. He gets 15-20 mins to try and change the game. Others get 75-90 mins and are equally as inconsistent!

I'd Start schlupp for Mahrez next week and either play Albrighton RIght mid or Gray?

Schlupp left, Gray right, Mahrez central replacing Shinji
