He was playing exactly the same position as Moses and Alonso are playing for Chelsea this season, I'd call that a wing back.

In his best position.
Guest Lako42 Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 If we got £12m it's a no brainer. Zero footballing intelligence.
KingKante Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Let him go, make some £££, it's time to trim some of the fat off the squad, that goes for wasil/benelou/ulloa too! Spend the cash on some real quality this January
RonnieTodger Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 He's nowhere near good enough for this level. Every now and then, just after you've written him off he comes up with something adequate or goes on a decent run but it never results in anything. He did OK when he came on, on Saturday but when you weigh that up against the rest of his performances, it's not enough. £5m or £12m, just let him go. He can play in a few positions, but doesn't do well in any of them. I want him to succeed just as much as anyone else, but we have better players than him.

AmarteyAndChill Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Either a loan or put a buy back clause in place.
Leicesterpool Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 This lad as been great for us over the years but lately he's hit a brick wall and doesn't look capable of finding a way round it. Time to move on which would be best for both parties.

Munshi Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Thought he was decent today tbh, made something happen as soon as he came on by winning the ball high up the pitch. Won quite a few flick ons aswell. Picked out a good pass when he went through too.
Fox 4 Life Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 His decision making is so bad though. That shot he had when Vardy was making a run was horrible. If he had just half a footballing brain he would be class!

TJB-fox Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 I might sound absolutely crazy due to his inconsistent and frankly poor performances (until the last 2 cameo appearances.) But, I actually think Jeff is starting to mature and develop. Not that I rate him higher than Gray but I reckon he looks miles better than him when they come on in their little cameos
Dr The Singh Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Both Gray and Schlupp have flattered to deliver, I believe a move for Schlupp might be good for him
funkyrobot Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 I like Jeff as a squad member. I thought he played well tonight. Yeh he missed a great chance but he created it out of nothing. He also set up Gray for one of his golden chances.
Tuna Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Best and worst of Schlupperman tonight....bursts through powerfully from midfield, gets into a great position and passes it back to the keeper.
Number 6 Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Thought he made the right decision in taking on the shot...it was just terribly executed.
Jimmy Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Before the shot he was looking to play Vardy in right until he finally shot
bigDfox33 Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Schlupp either plays really good or really bad for me. I am not sure about him. But when in doubt I always refur to that match against west ham last season when he won is that penalty in the dieing minutes and ulloa stepped up with confidence and scored a cracking penalty. That was the day I was happy to have them both in the side and you have to show some loyalty to them kind of players.

EnglishOxide Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 He just needs to be told to play like Lloyd Dyer used to. Hug the sideline, get the ball, beat your man and get to the byline. How the hell did he start out as a striker by the way? The man couldn't shoot bullets.
Strokes Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Thought he played well again tonight, worthy of a start on Saturday imo.

Sol thewall Bamba Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 Jeff beat more of their players in the 15 minutes he was on than Riyad did the whole game. Same as Saturday.
