I cant believe two years in  a row how two sides in yourselfs and previous chelsea as league winners could fall apart so quickly. I know teams play above themselves against champions but come on.

maybe you might come back into this

but its looked hap hazard.

maybe the new players have upset the apple cart, vardy and mahrez barley exchange a glance at times it seems as well....

Same old story money has gone to their heads and they have won the premier league. the hunger and desire has now gone ..we need to start playing musa, gray, shinji and slimani who are hungry to impress.

Also need a new CB,rb,and cm in January

Who's gonna wanna come? We may be in the relegation zone by January 1st? We loose Slimani and Mahrez on the 4th? Why would you come? If your sensible you'd stay.

Band of brothers is a true thing of the past. I wouldn't be surprised if greed and jealously was really high behind the scenes. 100k players not pulling their weight for one.

To be fair I thought Marc Albrighton's interview on MOTD last week was quite revealing. I think his quote was along the lines of 'something's just not clicking' but I thought at the time that the subtext there was that 'the team isn't getting on / personalities aren't clicking'. His body language was also pretty negative but then again Albrighton often has the posture of an arthritic pensioner.

The worst thing is that they haven't been.

He just needs to start pecking people with his beak

The owners have gone strangely quiet, I'd love to hear from them, perhaps backing the manager and saying they'll recruit in the Jan window. I'm really in a position where I don't want to slate Claudio, yet I'm also really angry at the state of things, it's so confusing, I love the guy, the players but I want to punch their lights out.

Trouble is are any recruits in January going to be any better than the dross that Ranieri has recruited so far ? even without mentioning Inler and the other non starters  -Musa - Slimani - Armaty  ? all championship players at best . £ 60 million down the drain and that's without

the wages .

Sorry Ranieri has to go . The buck stops with him.

First problem is the players aren't trying. It doesn't matter what formation or system you play if people on the pitch don't put in effort. And yes, that might well suggest something is going on behind closed doors.

As a result great players from last season are now dreadful.

We've lost Kante, replaced him with someone very poor and kept the same system even though it's clear we're struggling to play the same way without him. Also the other signings have no quality.

And Claudio keeps persisting with these players who aren't trying and ones who have no quality.

That's basically it.

Before we sort anything out, the attitude of the players needs to change.

If I was morgan I would call a team meeting and air some differences out

its the only way when things are not right.

The attitude is a 100 percent turn around in body language from last year from what vie seen.

They all look miserable and the effort isnt there

Must be tough, on those massive new contracts.

To be fair, the effort today was appalling which is why I'm much more critical than usual. Yes, Ranieri's tactics aren't helping but 100% effort should be a given and a few players are picking up massive money and giving very little.

Tactics are massively important but equally if you've got two or three passengers in the 11 you're going to be up against it.

It is the manager's responsibility to sort this stuff out. That's why he's called the manager

I partly agree but you're almost absolving the players of any responsibility here. Yes, Claudio is the MOST responsible but the players have to play their part. The club have rewarded these boys handsomely, Claudio shouldn't then have to say 'Oh, and please can you make sure you try hard. Thanks.'

Agree with above ....Raneiri needs to sort it out sooner rather than later or its his head that will be on the block. We may be in the KO stages of the Champions League

but lets face it we were in a weak group. and it may have flattered us.

The players should be professional and should be 'up' for every game. If they are not, it's up to the manager to drop them, motivate them or ship them out.

At the moment CR isn't dropping players. The salaries they've received under his leadership are demotivating. And no one can afford to buy them on the new wages.

Ergo massive clusterfvck
