Suppose you play Mahrez in midfield behind the two strikers, with Amartey and king supporting... Simpson can't play that role though, so you play Albrighton there it can't be worse than what we have been doing

Are you serious? Albrighton played rwb and was brilliant, Fuchs lwb, he was fine in the middle during the great escape

The lack of confidence is pretty justified. we've been shit in recent weeks and this is the lineup that has been the problem. King doesn't work in a two, slimani and Vardy doesn't work as a partnership, Morgan and huth aren't coping without the support from kante last season (and Wasyl in the greatest escape). All things that need to change (and requires a change in formation) but there's no sign that the coaching staff even acknowledge the existence of these problems if we're just sticking with it.
