Really? You can't think of any other team or formation?

Nothing that fits the players we've got.

The back four have only ever had success with a 4 back formation (barring Morgan's short time in a 5 back), Mahrez has only ever been any good at right mid, Vardy has only ever had success with a partner.

We need midfielders. We've got two that are properly fit and they're abysmal footballers. We're just going to have to ride it out til  Mendy is up to speed and Drinkwater is back.

How can our only goal threat be left out? I can't believe that.

Our top scorer is starting up front?

wow the level of fear and lack of confidence is amazing, granted, weve not been playing well... but ffs this is a team capable of winning, we need some luck and desire.

We need to bolster our midfield in early January. One of our biggest issues this year is that neither King or armartey can carry the ball that 10 yards that Kante did - which opened up teams and allowed Vardy and mahrez to make runs - part of our issue is that everyone is starting further from the goal and it's mainly because no one breaks from midfield - I'd be tempted to give Shinji a go in a 3.

I have my balls polished.

Score forecast LC 0 MC 4

First LC substitute 61 minutes

First LC scorer R Huth with an own goal

Bottom 3, but fantastic team spirit and bad luck.

And how does Musa and Chilwell deserve spots on the bench over Hernandez and Ulloa?

Hernandez has been given the afternoon off to put up his framed Porto shirt above the mantlepiece.

Is it? Since when have King and Amartey shown that they are capable of winning anything, let alone against one of the top teams in the country?

We got spanked 5 - 0 by a worse Porto side, with a better midfield than the one we're using today.

Well, i have no words.

A two-men midfield against a Guardiola's team ?

How on earth is Claudio planning to feed the two players upfront within such a context, and in the same time,

how is he planning to thwart their relentless intricate builds-up ?

Have you forgotten the great escape? With Morgan Huth and Was as a back 3?

I agree.

Slimani ahead of Shinji, Mahrez and Albrighton throwing crosses into the area should be the side.

King and Amartey are going to be horribly exposed. Serves us right for not signing another midfielder in the summer, we've been unlucky with  Mendy though (thought he'd start today).

Completely agree with everything you've said there, time will tell this afternoon, we stand 17th now we have to get something from this game.

I'm in a room with no TV and the worst wifi imaginable, takes 4/5 attempts to load a page on here. You guys are my eyes and ears first this. Come on Leicester! Have an effort on goal at the very least tonight.
