Mark Hughes should be charged by the FA for being a complete tosser.

Plus alongside Keane being one of the dirtiest players from his era (although I accept then it was part and parcel of the game at that time. Still he was one of the nastier players)

As demonstrated in this awful challenge. He was a great striker but an odious bloke.

And THIS is why there is no respect for referees. This all fuels the us v them culture when it comes to refs. Ranieri will get fined for totally justified actions whilst Pawson, despite two disgracefully inept, borderline suspicious performances will go unpunished.

Absolutely spot on...

From a neutral perspective it would be a joke if he got off with nothing while Mourinho got a touchline ban and a hefty fine for kicking a water bottle

You having a laugh? Mourinho has so much previous it's ridiculous.

An FA charge for Ranieri would be a positive. There's nothing bad about it, nobody gives a toss about them other than creating a bit of a siege mentality which we could definitely do with at the moment. It certainly helped during the game today. Love it.

Exactly. And no doubt the club will be charged with failure to control their players due to the number of cards. I can understand that charge when it's something like Spurs at Chelsea last season, but how can they charge a club based on the decisions of one their incompetent employees. Our players weren't fighting, they were just given a lot of cards by a shit ref.

Albrighton card - correct

king card - correct

simpson card - he carried on arguing his point so referee entitled to book him for dissent.

slimani card - no idea hat he said so can't say whether dissent or not. He did wave his arm at the ref

fuchs card - didn't see what happened. Did he throw the ball down?  If so, then it's dissent.

huth card - was a lunge but would need to see it from another angle to see if there was contact

given that huth and fuchs are a card away from a ban and two home games to come before the end dec change kicks in, Claudio should be very upset that two experienced pros picked up those cards.

As as long as he didn't use incorrect language then claudio should escape punishment.

the club will will be fined re six bookings and warned re future conduct.

When the most mild mannered and gracious manager in the league (who never criticises referees to the media) walks onto the pitch, (not in an aggressive way)  to say something to the referee and it all looked pretty tame to me merits an FA charge then all common sense has deserted those who continually put up these numptys to referee games so inconsistently. Pawson needs to be better trained and he should have been stood down from taking control of matches immediately after that Rojo incident and the poor control of the Manure game. I'd be happy to visit Claudio in prison as his is indeed a heinous crime

Really don't see how Fuchs throwing the ball down can be dissent? Surly running up to the ref and shouting in his face is dissent. Throwing the ball down is more frustration and passion.

Shocking performance by the referee trying too hard to make ammends for his previous shambolic performance.

Ranieri has said that when he looses patience, people will know it.  Unless he is Job (of the bible), I can't imagine anyone not losing it after that shambolic display by the referee!  What a tosser!

Funny seeing that post from Craig Pawson on here justifying all the yellow cards.

In reality, to the letter of the law, they all could have been justified, but they all came during the spell of the match when Craig Pawson had totally lost control of the game. It was so obvious to see and a simple re-watch of the game will undeniably show that. Of course he has unanimous backing from the FA, but his performance yesterday shows he's not got the personality to referee. No respect, no authority, no common sense, nothing. I hate Ref Slagging, I really do because the majority of the time do a great job. Also this isn't about crying off because we didn't win, he just had a shocker and will regret this performance for a long time.

I just hope he's going to AFCON, is he eligible?

All of this talk, and the most inept act of refereeing in the match hasn't even been mentioned yet - booking Erik Pieters for being somewhat nearby a foul committed by a teammate.

An absolutely appalling performance all around from Mr. Pawson.

Some refs think they are primadonnas for fuchs sake. If he's so easily offended he should switch to ice skating. Ranieri didnt even had time to give him a proper bollocking anyway as he was dragged away by Kasper lol

Very easy charge to get overturned, Leicester do not need to highlight the Vardy sending off and the missing of the push beforehand. al they need to do is point out the booking of Pieters not even a Leicester player. Just how do you justify booking the wrong player

Mourinho got in trouble for potentially injuring people by booting the bottle. Totally different to Ranieri.

Aside from Clatternburg and Oliver, I don't like any other referee. The whole "respect" campaign is rubbish when referees carry on and get away with performances like this. At least Oliver and Clattenburg talk and don't go straight for the book.
