Drygon Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 There's been a lot of great players who've played for the team thorughout the years... But as the title says, who's the best player you've seen in the club's history?
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 Kanté and it pisses me off he'll probably be a legend for another English club.
Guest Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 I hate to say this straight away but kante tbh. Been a fan for 25+ years and he was the best in his position in all that time. Fully expect him to end up at Real Madrid. Hopefully ndidi will mean we can stop talking about him one day!
Gillies Apprentice Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 Frank Worthington - Absolute Quality and a Superb Entertainer
Izzy Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 When he's at the top of his game, Mahrez is the best Leicester player I've seen in 35 years.
Leicesterpool Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 Kante! he's just simply a world class player. What a different season we'd be having if he'd stuck around another year.
1972 Fox Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 Frank Worthington, Esteban Cambiasso, N'golo Kante. All different but all equally brilliant.
Karljohn Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 Can't see beyond Junior Lewis. Kante a close 2nd.
Hitesh Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 Kante is certainly top choice with Mahrez a close second but can't ignore what Izzet, Lennon and Heskey did and will always rate that era
Uncle Monty Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 Guna have to be Kante, how he consistently got the ball back when he had no right always made me scratch my head. I kept saying he had go go gadget legs.
Ted Maul Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 Makelele had a position named after him, and Kante is twice the player. It hurt when he left, but that has eased a bit over time. Extraordinary player, I just feel so f***ing lucky that I got to watch him for a season now. Difficult to not think about what might have been if he stayed though...
TheSomersetFox Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 Kante, never seen a player be so consistently brilliant
Guest the fox Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 If we are talking about talent, it is mahrez. But, if we are talking about importance to the team, it's kantè. But, kantè's case is helped by the fact that we played bad after he left. So, who knows. If we where winning. Then I don't think kantè will have a strong case.
SpacedX Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 Kanté - Izzet and Lineker joint second. Weller on MOTD was the reason I supported Leicester. Pontus Kåmark was a very talented and versatile player.
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 Lineker, not the most skilful of players but in the box he was something else, deadly, a truly outstanding goal scorer.
Corky Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 Kante. Shouts for Mahrez and Cambiasso. Muzzy was fantastic for us, the best set-piece taker I've seen.
stripeyfox Posted 1 January 2017 Posted 1 January 2017 I understand why people say Kante, but for me I'm gonna say Mahrez. He's a genius. He drifts out of games sometimes but he is incredible when he's on form.
