Are we going to be last on MOTD?

Waited bloody ages for just those 90 second highlights and no discussion after

Did get to witness Liam Moore's horrific defending against Man U though. Definitely no regrets letting him go!

Just a few random ramblings.

Chilwell was superb. 1 mistake, but was fantastic for the rest of the game.

Midfield was as solid as I've seen this season.  We know what Drinky can do but the other 2 matched him all afternoon.

Ulloa looked out of sorts and the injury may have been for the best (for the team not him)

Gray & Allbrighton blew hot and cold

Musa - 2 goals - nuff said

Huth/Morgan/Simpson - nothing spectacular, just solid

Kaspar -same old.  Not much to do but did it when he had to

Kaputska - 1 shot, but not really on long enough to impress

Fuchs needs to be a foot taller.

For all those that hate clap banners -go to Goodison and witness NO atmosphere, NO singing, nothing.  We stretched a point with "sing when you're winning" because they didnt really.

24 isn't pushing it, come on.

In football terms 24 is absolutely not young.

Can't work out from the highlights who assisted our goals. Can anyone help?

For the first goal, who swept the ball out of defence to Gray?

And, for the second goal, who exchanged the one-two with Musa?

They were both exquisite passes.

Albrighton to Gray I think. Drinkwater one two with Musa.

Also saw him score a cracker in the league a week before. He came with a lot of hype when we first signed him and was surprised he didn't really make the step up with us, but he still has a contract with us until 2018 and another 6 months at Ipswich, so certainly not over for him here. Would add to the growing stockpile of young attacking midfielders we have though! :sweating:

I actually don't think it was a bad thing that chilwell got skinned by Delfueso....

when a young player's transition into the first team goes unchecked, the only thing that really

improves is their confidence.

at least now he has something to work on....

Listening to the radio, they barely mentioned Albrighton, but watching those brief highlights you can see how involved he was. 1. The ball to Gray was superb, 2. When he ran in front of Musa he pulled some defenders with him opening up space.

Yeah Moore was suspended for the game v Fulham away when they lost 5-0 after winning their previous 6. Lot of Reading fans put their shite defence that day down to the fact that he wasnt there.

logan was in goal for Rochdale when I say in goal he was nearly big enough to fill it

don't think Lawrence will ever make a prem player from his time with us but that's the point of the loan

great second from musa nothing at all on when he got the ball facing away from goal made great use of his speed from a standstill unplayable

It does make me laugh when people constantly moan that our home support is terrible, and then you go to Goodison Park and really our home support is actually fairly good compared to these so called 'bigger clubs', even when we're not doing so well

Their home support was one of the worst I've witnessed, been to league 1 grounds with a quarter of the capacity that had better atmosphere

Ndidi started very well, his influence faded as the game went on and Mendy grew into it, so they can both be pleased with their performances today.

Musa motm for me, we look much better when we have an out ball in behind to stretch their defence.

Everton distinctly average, I would not want Mori or Williams near our team. Chilwell was easily skinned for the goal, but another assured performance besides that

A very solid performance and a first domestic away win of the season - now to celebrate with a few pints in Liverpool!

Oh and Goodison is the quietest ground I've ever been too, absolutely no noise whatsoever.

People continue to say there is a great atmosphere, but was the same in the league game last season no noise from the home fans at all!
