Burnley match thread

Burnley are no mugs at home, they've beaten better teams than us at Turf Moor this season. We've got no divide right to rock up there and claim 3 points. I'm staying positive, still think we can snatch a win...

Hope you're Joking?

I am not, get rid complete garbage.

He picks the team, he signs the players, lost all confidence.

Shocking disaster and laughing stock of the league.

Not at the races for most of that, but can only think of one save kasper had to make. Still well in with a shout if we can get a bit more movement up top and composure with the ball.

Composure on the ball?! Us?!

Actually found ourselves in some decent positions today (albeit by hoofing it up) and done nothing with it.

Fine margins in this league, we have to take some of these chances!

Burnley have not had a decent chance yet.

We've defended very well in the first half but it'd kill you to acknowledge that.

We've been on a knife edge, we look slack and unsupported.

Rather sack off the manager who can't set them up.

Not sure what Ranieri is supposed to do unless he purposely tells them to let oppositon players have free shots.

Yeah we've been shit the last twenty minutes but I wouldn't say we've changed formations is my point.

Our version of  442, 4231 and 4411 are all the same thing really.

Ah, no we did.

Gray was clearly sitting just behind Vardy. And further up the field.

Then they went to a three behind Vardy which pulls the central attacking midfielder back in line with the two wide ones. Definitely a different formation.

I'd challenge anyone to find a team that plays worse Football than us, ugly hoof, win the ball back, ugly hoof.

Danny Simpson can get in the bin

Never a penalty, cant be considered a push when he doesnt even move the guy. Barnes arguably lucky to be on the pitch after the intentional handball and squaring up to simpson.

In terms of chances, weve had the better quality of chance, theyve had the quantity. If we tighten up at the back and get gray and mahrez involved further up the pitch, could see us nicking this

Burnley are shit but we are making them look like Madrid!

Not sure the formation is working in terms of defence, as Mahrez and Gray not getting back and so we have 4 of their midfield against our 2 and we look completely overun!

See, this is exactly the kind of match Kapustka would thrive in. I just don't get what Claudio's game is

We're lucky to be drawing this, the ref was very generous for us not giving a peno

Reading the comments on here it's like Groundhog Day,  nothing changes, we cannot score, and cannot defend, so expect to lose second half, I think I have accepted we are one of the 3 worst teams in the league.

I have resigned myself to relegation, the team has no skill or spirit to get out of this, and the window closing with next to nothing to change anything.

No divine right... a game plan and a bit of passing to blue shirts wouldn't go amiss though.

Not even going to be surprised when Dean makes a horrible decision in the second half. They know he's easily rattled, hence Barnes appealing for everything.

Can't wait for another 45 of the Simpson hoof

Mental that a player that cant pass is on 50+ thousand a week with no competition for his spot.

Just over a year ago we were one of the most exciting teams to watch, now I really cannot think of a more negative, awful, lack of idea squad in the last few years

Pass completion at 51.8% at half time.

When we pass the ball its basically a lottery as to whether it goes to a claret or blue shirt.

Never mind the fact that this is a PL side I'm talking about, that would be shameful for any professional football club.
