Apparently Crystal palace and Southampton interested. Looking at YouTube footage this guy looks better than any of our lot on current form.

Gerard Posted 6 February 2017 Posted 6 February 2017 Having a medical at Southampton. Surely he would have come to us with CL football? He's proven quality even if he is injury prone, I'd have thought that drastic situations require drastic measures especially looking at the state of our CB's.

Can't be any worse than what we've got looking at him, so I ask again, what are our scouting, management, backroom and negotiating staff doing? One of the reason i've lost faith and am struggling to support them in the direction they're taking the club.

To be fair, my son's under 12's team look better than any of ours on current form!!

chicagofox Posted 6 February 2017 Posted 6 February 2017 What would be the point? If we did sign him he'd rot away in the U23's while Ranieri said he wasn't Premier League ready and the usual duffers would continue their comedy routine in the first-team.
