lifted*fox Posted 23 August 2017 Posted 23 August 2017 Honestly the state of the guy... It's just like a massive popularity contest for him. Look at him wanking his ego off at this rally. http://edition.cnn.com/2017/08/23/politics/donald-trump-arizona/index.html Absolute waste of oxygen, gutter human.
Guest FriendlyRam Posted 23 August 2017 Posted 23 August 2017 I watched it andwhat i dont get... why is he doing campaign rallies? Its 6 months into his term,, so why is he on the "campaign trail"? Hes lost it big time aswell, he spent the vast majority of his time crying about CNN and ABC ffs, hes mentally ill and for the sake his own well being he should be removed.
lifted*fox Posted 23 August 2017 Posted 23 August 2017 I guess he feels it's the only way he can speak to 'his people' without the fake news 'twisting' his words. I watched most of it on/off while doing some work and at times I literally needed to remind myself that this guy is the president of one of the world's most powerful nations. It's absolutely insane.

Needs to get back in touch with his base, which is somewhat eroding. Losing the support from the right now, as well. Also serves as a pretty darn good excuse not to serve the country, but only himself. He hates working, never had to. He only enjoys showing off. And when he's done, he can go down to Florida for some more golfing. The perfect ego trip.
Mr Mister Posted 24 August 2017 Posted 24 August 2017 Britain should cut ties with the USA while this **** is in charge. Theresa May is a disgrace for not condemning him.

Simi Posted 24 August 2017 Posted 24 August 2017 Trump is absolutely mental. If it wasn't so serious it'd be absolutely hilarious. He has one of the worst vocabularies of any adult I've ever come across. 20 minutes into his speech he is just talking about the weather, he is crackers.
Simi Posted 24 August 2017 Posted 24 August 2017 Some of my favourite quotes from this... "Clean coal, meaning we're going to take it out and we're going to clean it" "Oh boy, those cameras are going off, wow!" "Centre stage, in the debates, we love those debates" "CHYNA" "ABC in the morning, I don't watch much, but I was watching this morning, they have little George, little George" *makes small man hand gesture*

leicsmac Posted 24 August 2017 Posted 24 August 2017 Well, in my view when you're a right wing leader and even MattP is saying you should be on your bike, it's time to go.
Merging Cultures Posted 24 August 2017 Posted 24 August 2017 Genuinely not sure how much more insane the World can get. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2017/08/22/espn-pulls-asian-american-announcer-from-virginia-football-game-because-has-confederate-generals-name.amp.htmlThe guy removed himself though. He wasn't pulled. But yeah, no one should be getting worked up about that.
leicsmac Posted 25 August 2017 Posted 25 August 2017 http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-41040277 All getting a bit tasty.

Then again he spent a lot of it talking about the cameras being switched off (they weren't) and rewriting his response to the Charlotteville terrorist attack so you could have been forgiven for thinking that was another lie.
Guest MattP Posted 28 August 2017 Posted 28 August 2017 North Korea are now launching missiles over Japan. He really is insane.

And the Japanese didn't shoot it down... is that because they were confident it was going to fly past or are they worryingly under-equipped to respond to such threats? Meanwhile Trump is allegedly looking to raise beef with Iran. Fun times.
Stadt Posted 28 August 2017 Posted 28 August 2017 Nothing he can say or do can shock anybody anymore, what is it going to take for him to be forced to step down? I can't see it personally.

Meanwhile Trump is allegedly looking to raise beef with Iran. Fun times.Probably didn't have enough time. It only flew for 14mins, went to 550km high and traveled 2,700km. Plus, it looks like they are still deciding over THAAD or Aegis defense systems. This might make their decision a bit quicker of they haven't already. Edit: looks like they have a system called Patriot for shooting down missiles. So, either they saw the trajectory and weren't worried, and/or they weren't prepared...
Lionator Posted 29 August 2017 Posted 29 August 2017 It's hardly a surprise given that the US/South Korea are carrying out their annual military drills near the North anyway. The problem is these days is that we don't know if there's a genuine threat or whether it's mass sensationalised media hysteria, after all Steve Bannon said last week that despite the rhetoric, military options in the North aren't viable.

The "expert" on Radio 4 said it possible that they only have the defence systems in place to block if they fire at the major cities which they would expect in a proper attack. Northern Islands aren't vastly populated.
Nick Posted 29 August 2017 Posted 29 August 2017 Loved the situation room picture of Kim Jong Donger planning the Guam attack - satellite pictures in the background were from google earth taken in 2012 as they don't have satellite positioning tech access. ?

Are you sure? I thought satellites were a prerquesite for ICBM's.
