Day before a game, no chance.

He's most probably the choice to see us through to the summer if we don't look positive on Saturday.

Get a result and I think Shaky will see it through.

Agreed but normally the odds tumble when something is imminent. It happened with Pearson's sacking for example.

Clubs being run in a shocking way... How so exactly?

I'll happily keep supporting the club. Least you'll free the seat up on the way out. Cheerio.

The club has become complacent since winning the league. The owners took their eye off the ball, God knows what Rudkin has been doing, we've had the players allegedly dictating the tactics, or vehemently arguing with them, and we've had the national press and media all over us for weeks. Hell, we even had a round of applause for Ranieri during a game where we were winning, due primarily to a tactical change and the players seemingly trying.

And now Hodgson....

There is far more to life than football and principles are important. I couldn't renew my season ticket with that clown in charge, so wouldn't do.

Maybe I just have stronger principles than you do?

I won't cry and have a strop if we appoint him, I won't like it but it can go either way: either he's successful or he's not; if he is then happy days; if he's not then we know the owners (or the players) will sack him- win win

I think that too, he's probably the quick back up plan if Shaky fails to a tune out of us against Hull.

Don't want him, but let's not pretend there aren't worse options available.

...struggling to think of a worse option to be fair!

I bet you'd use your ST to get tickets for the QF, SF and F of the CL if we got that far under Hodgson. ;)

Don't forget that these betting markets on managers are always on next 'permanent' manager'.

It may be that there is an agreement in place for the summer for Woy to take over, with Shakey as caretaker until summer.

Clutching at straws?

Skybet will pay out if we announce Shakey till the end of the season.

Have some self respect...The club is being run in a shocking way at the moment and to appoint Hodgson would cap it all off. Just cos you'll happily keep banging the drum it don't mean we all will.

Shocking why is it being run in a shocking way i would say its being run in the right way trying there hardest to keep us in this division and so wot u basically are saying if we appoint Hodgson  (which i dont think we will) u will not support and get behind the club bet these so called city fans were saying the same thing when we appointed ranieri i will be behind my club and team 100% no matter who is managing us thats not to say i want Hodgson because i dont  like ive said before im not a ranieri fan vardy fan Mahrez fan even a Hodgson fan im a Leicester city fan no matter who we have has players or manager

Surely we don't appoint a 70 year old in the summer, it will be a short term contract from now if he gets the job.

Can you imagine it when he relegates us and resigns?

'I don't know why I have to be here at the pwess conference, I only managed them for 12 games anyway'.

The owners gave a league winning manager some slack and he ****ed up. You can hardly blame them for allowing him a bit more rope, he just hung himself with it.

Players dictating tactics and rounds of applause... what's this got to do with the club being run badlyby the owners. You're just talking utter guff.

Please do tell us what your principles are and why suddenly not being that bothered about Hodgson means you don't have any... or is this just more reactionary guff?

You talk like the bloke a bloody paedo or something. He's a football manager who failed with England (shock horror). You don't like him, fair enough... "Principles" "self respect" have got sod all to do with it, stop acting like you're some moral guardian you big odd ball.
