Before we have a go v at the front players...our midfield have been attrocious, Ulloa, Vardy need consistent service,

and not tit bits....We never had possesion ladt season, but this is poor...DD is not doing it this season...

He shouldn't leave, we should try to get him to adapt to a more floating central position and instead employ two actual wingers. He has a good touch, he has a good shot and good movement and wins many free kicks with his trickery.

We are a team that defends all game then trys to steal a goal on the break.

Mahrez's defending is poor as he is very light weight and not particulary fast.

Going forward he is fine, but how time for with gone forward in this game? 3 times maybe.

Gray seems a better option here for me now.

How are their fans being with Vardy? Plenty of renditions of "We totally respect your ability and wish that you'd signed for us" or have they gone the other way ?

Albrighton has gone back to his basic hit up front and hope, which is frustrating as he's been electric in previous games.

Think we need to switch formation somehow to free up Mahrez or someone as the play maker.

Simpson on a yellow. Take him off please. Sooner rather than when it is too late. Amartey (to play RB or RCB, Fuchs at LWB) or Chilwell (LWB, Fuchs at LCB).

Wasn't anyone in the ground for the first 10, the next 30 minutes were murmurings between the home fans saying 'so do u want him gone?' and the last 5 were spent queuing for a pie.

I'm watching on Croatian TV have none of the problems with Bias commentary if is I don't understand it. Ulloa had a few nice touches but ideally think a 4-5-1 with King instead of Ulloa an bringing on Ulloa for a CM If we needed a goal may have been more worthwhile, it's hard to retain possession as at times we are defending with a back 8.

Someone tell Drinkwater to look forward, literally gets the balls and looks to pass it to Benny

I don't know what's wrong with him this season. He just doesn't want to drive forward as much as he did last season. He's not sharp at all.

About level on chances but it's tough to watch us defend deep in numbers like this and then struggle to make any attacking headway when we get it.

if we're just going for 0-0, might as well put an extra midfielder on and take Leo off.

Don't know who it is, but the co-commentator on NBC is getting right on my boobies.

Absolutely jizzes himself every time they string a couple of passes together.

Sounds like he's going to cry when they make a bad decision.

First half has been complete dross.

Arsenal trying to walk it in as usual but little or no end product for all their possession.

We're nowhere near our late February onwards best but still have had 2 chances with Vardy and Mahrez.

Ulloa playing his way out of Leicester on that first half show.

3 chances* 1 from Vardy and 2 from Mahrez

is Simpson getting suspended for yellow card accumulation?

His 10th overall this season (excluding the yellow he got in the Community Shield friendly), so I think yes?

I don't particularly rate Okazaki but at least he moves better than that ****ing friesan cow Ulloa

Weird to think we are only 7 points above relegation and yet a win tonight puts us into 9th.

Only of we win 8-0

Edit - my mistake. I was sure we were 3 points behind Southampton.

Yet Mahrez has had two of our three opportunities so far this game. By contrast, what has Ulloa contributed?
I get frustrated with Mahrez too at times, but his quality is undoubted and when you create as little as we do, you need someone like him to create something.
I think Gray and Mahrez can both play in the same team, but it does require Mahrez to adapt to a more central role.

Match threads are the most negative place in the world. Not the greatest half but we have basically nullified them offensively whilst having a couple of chances ourselves. Tactically this game is probably going exactly how Shakey wants it to

Just shows how poor the league has been this season, nowhere near as strong as last season.

Its a real pity Musa  never worked out. We need an attacking midfielder to support Mahrez. A lot of Mahrez problems are he is surrounded by 4 oppo players with no support other than 15 yards behind and attacking midfielder would rather lose the ball than pass back 15 yards to the hoofball crowd. There is just no craft in central midfield with Ndidi playing behind Drinkwaters line and Drinkwater playing a nasty form of football.
