He can leave, now Mahrez is gonna go. Rather sell for £30m and keep Ulloa.

Yeah goals are overated.

He might fit better with Albrighton on the right putting crosses in rather than cutting back inside onto his right foot.

How can you criticise Albrighton for his crossing? lol

We've seen against Bournemouth what Slimani can do with a perfect delivery 6 yards from goal

Definitely not criticising it I just believe he's far far more effective playing on the right.

Am I missing something...

I think it was interpreted in a way that I don't think you meant.

I too think Silmani might branch out a little more, without having a close friend and countryman with him at LCFC. Maybe become closer with others on the team.

Exactly the way I meant it. He currently doesn't seem to have much rapport with the other players because him and Mahrez seem to do their own thing. With Mahrez gone he will have to get more involved with the rest of the team, should be a positive thing.

Or just leave......which is far more likely and I believe will be allowed if a European or Chinese club offer the right deal!

At least Slimani can get to within six yards of the goal.

The closest Ulloa's got recently is when he went on strike last January :pirate:.

Just read some shite about sporting wanting him back for half price lol

There you go - massive difference between how much a player is actually worth and what Premier League teams are willing to pay in excess of that.

Ridiculous.

Could see a French club being interested. Marseille, Lyon & Lille have got rich owners now and they'll want to splash the cash to compete with Monaco, PSG & Nice.

I'd be delighted to be proven wrong but there's just not a £30m there. Paid double what he's worth imo

Mate, you're trying to say Slimani is only marginally better than Schlupp. Absolute madness.

Difficult one for me...

Had some injuries with us but despite that has an impressive goal return and given a run in the side I think he would turn out to be class.

Problem is the big question ---Can he play with Vardy? Because he's clearly not a number 10 more of a target man.

So unless we are going to play 2 out and out strikers or he is going to replace Vardy I don't see how he's going to force his way in barring injuries.

He's deffo not come here to sit on the bench that's for sure so going to be interesting to see how this pans out next season if he stays with us which I think he will.

Deffo don't want to sell him on before he's had a fair crack of it here and goes on to scoring 20+ goals for a premier rival.

Keep him!

I thought him and Vardy linked up well at times, he has missed a lot of game time with Albrighton and Gray wipping in balls I'm sure he would come good... depends how we are going to line up though really if we want to be a fast counter attacking side he aint the man for it.

Schlupp was never worth the money he went for, especially after his last pathetic performances.

Slimani isn't comparable, but personally I can't see anywhere near £30m in him. Be surprised if anyone offered over £20m for Slim

think it's a language thing rather than anything else, Slim seems pretty friendly with Benny the only other French speaker
