Not all of them, many would like a premier league winner and a poty in their team.

 

As much as he underperformed this year, a mahrez playing with an overlapping fullback and more top class players playing with him would take a lot of the pressure. Mahrez's main problem (losing the ball because of too much dribbling) doesn't come from the fact that he can't go past one player, he does that just fine, its the second and third player that gave him problems, against man city when he wasn't double marked in the second half, he was skinning players for fun.

I honestly think this will be how it happens. A late bid, lower than expected, leaving us to say yes or no. We won't want a player who has said he wants to leave, so we'll sell him. I've always had it in my mind it would be c.30-35 mill

Not necessarily Arsenal though.

Lemar is first choice for them. Their management probably knows that mahrez will be waiting so they are focusing on the lemar deal. But if you ask me, mahrez and Sanchez on the wings, ozil as a CAM and laca as their striker would give them a bigger chance at the title, plus, lemar doesn't play RM/RW, he plays on the left side, so its not unlikely that they get both.

Puts the pressure on Arsenal and gives us some proper preparation time knowing are squad before the end of pre season.

It wouldn't be my approach, I'd have told Mahrez the figure required was £40,000 and until such a bid was submitted in writing we wouldn't even answer the phone.

 

If there's no transfer and Mahrez does his best wearing our shirt, no problem.

 

If not, he could stay at home til he shows he appreciates the  responsibilities he committed to in his contract.

"an organization of people with a common purpose or interest, who meet regularly and take part in shared activities."

 

Leicester City is not a Riyad Mahrez benevolent society.

 

But I don't see that Mahrez has a "common purpose".

 

His purpose these days doesn't seem to be Leicester City. but Riyad Mahrez,

I've been thinking the same thing. Although I would prefer and hope that Mahrez himself announces he made a mistake and is now committed to staying with Leicester. Case Closed.

There's no comparison.

 

English football has all the money. Second division players for for £15mill+.

 

Whoever finishes bottom of the PL get more money than whoever wins Serie A.

 

I wish people would stop comparing the fees. 

 

Bonucci is one of the best defenders in the World and has just gone to Milan for about £37mill.
