There's not been an official bid - but it would be in the £2m area - and there have been negotiations between the clubs about him. That of course doesn't mean he's definitely coming but it's ongoing.
baldeagle Posted 17 June 2017 Posted 17 June 2017 This does absolutely nothing for me , I understand he's going to be just a back up but if Kasper leaves in the future I would prefer a younger keeper as back up to get the odd game who can eventually take Kasper's place instead of having to fork out a shed load of money for a new 1st choice keeper . And as for Hamer why is he still here and why are we still paying him

desertfox2 Posted 17 June 2017 Posted 17 June 2017 Decent back up. That is all. Especially if Zeiler wants out. Not sure why he signed in the first place if he wanted to be no1 as we were hardly going to drop Kasper. He played a few games more than expected.

Quite often it takes alot of first team experience for a keeper to grow as a player. There will always be exceptions to the rules, of course...

Has to be competent without being a contender IMO. in our case, if Kasper leaves, buy a replacement rather than promote the backup.
