Not a single match in this trophy is televised tonight, surely someone like Eurosport or some other low grade channel would be interested in showing  this?

Can Silva play in this? 

Silva can't play in any official game, including the U23's. Just "closed-door" friendlies. Which the club seems to be doing a bit of this term.
