Money isn't the best measure of success in life.

Not sure what the best measure is. Happiness, security, good relationships, good health. Money is still needed in some degree to have those things, though.

I think the best measure is defined on what your outlook on life is..and what you set out or want to be..

The Black Lives Matter movement appears quite racist in itself at times via what they're saying on their website/social media..

I’ve tended to find that the Black Lives Matter movement isn’t just one thing. In fact last time I checked there were two different websites calling themselves Black Lives Matter. One reasonable, one not.

A lot of people confuse the movement with the foundation.

One is crooked, greedy and racist.

Poached eggs aren’t all that

You obviously can't poach an egg then

I can’t say I’ve tried very often. If I order them when I’m out though I feel like yes the runny yolk is obviously delicious, but the whites just taste a bit too watery. I prefer a runny fried egg or scrambled I’ve come to realise.

Ever tried eggs Benedict?

Best way of enjoying a poached egg.

Yeah I have to be fair and that is nice. Sauce does a lot of the heavy lifting there though for me.

I'm with you there. Fine if it's eggs benedict or similar, for the sauce to distract from the watery whites.

Not sure where you get watery whites from. If you cook then they're the same as every other egg whites. Also, you're not supposed to dump a load of the water on your plate. Use a slotted spoon.

I like to think I’m a 6/10 maybe 6.5/10 at cooking but in my 32 years I’ve never come close to being able to fry an egg at a respectable level. Just can’t get my head around it

A gallon of crisp 'n' dry does the trick.

Nothing worse than drowning a perfectly nice egg in a sea of ****ing hollandaise sauce.  Yuck.

Jamie Oliver method is most consistent for me;

Small frying plan and put a little oil in on full heat if using gas for 30 secs. Crack in eggs and cook on full for 30 to 60 secs to cook the bottom. Turn heat down to simmer and pop a clear lid on to steam cook for 2 mins.

This will cook the egg whites properly and you can take the lid off to a desired yoke colour.

Easy.
