FOXYTALK Posted 6 December 2017 Posted 6 December 2017 Patella Tendon out for the season. Wishing a healthy recovery
FOXYTALK Posted 6 December 2017 Author Posted 6 December 2017 indeed think he's their most creative outlet.
Milo Posted 6 December 2017 Posted 6 December 2017 Blimey - not good. They'll miss him, might burst their bubble. Harry Maguire shins of steel.
lcfcben76 Posted 6 December 2017 Posted 6 December 2017 They definitely lacked something without him on Saturday, whips in a great set piece
420Hashish Posted 6 December 2017 Posted 6 December 2017 At least Maguire felt bad for what happened.
AjcW Posted 6 December 2017 Posted 6 December 2017 It's mad that one player can go in for a tackle that could have broke 90% of other players legs and end up worse off! TREE TRUNKS MAGUIRE!
norwichfox Posted 6 December 2017 Posted 6 December 2017 Not good news for Burnley, hope (for their sake) it doesn't take as long as they're expecting I still think he should have been booked though. It will probably have more of an effect on Burnley than us losing Molla Wague for so long.

Donut Posted 6 December 2017 Posted 6 December 2017 Shit happens. Who cares He could have injured maguire. Cant believe theres a thread feeling sorry for the bloke on here. Get a santi cazorla thread up. No thought not
StriderHiryu Posted 6 December 2017 Posted 6 December 2017 You never like to see these things happen, but this was the result of making a very dangerous challenge on one of our players. If he hadn't have been carried off the pitch, the ref would have booked him. Still hope he makes a speedy recovery.

Yes that's what I thought - it looked on the replay as if he was trying to do Maguire who clearly felt the challenge . Ended up coming off worse . Has Dyche had anything to say on the matter ?

Lovejoy Posted 6 December 2017 Posted 6 December 2017 Poor bloke but surely not worthy of the LCFC forum?
RumbleFox Posted 6 December 2017 Posted 6 December 2017 How anyone on Earth can feel the need to log in and comment negatively on a "wishing a speedy recovery" to another human being thread is beyond me. I am not saying we all need to cry and send him money but Jesus Christ what;s wrong with some of us? If you think it is a silly thread then fair enough but can't you just ignore it? I wish him a speedy recovery, I hope that doesn't make me some sort of plastic or lefty, commie do-gooder twat? X

X The bloke has gone in stupidly whether trying to hit a shot or not, and seiously endangered an opponent by launching a full blooded kick at him. You think im gonna be sorry for someone doing that? Id feel sorry if he was on the receiving end. Or it was a matt james situation where his studs were caught in the turf. Fvck him its totally his own fault and nothing to do with us.

If anything, it's nothing to do with you, you're just an observer, Maguire is the only one who could feel aggrieved and he clearly isn't.

Its nothing to do with you either mate.

kingfox Posted 6 December 2017 Posted 6 December 2017 On this occasion I have no sympathy, it was his own fault. If he hadn't ran into a hardcore Maguire then that tackle warranted a definite yellow maybe even a red.

Maguire actually posted a really decent 'tweet' where he sportingly sent his best wishes to Robbie Brady. Maguire shook Brady's hand when he left the pitch on a stretcher. It's pretty clear to me that Maguire is a gent who cares that this has happened to a fellow sportsman... You however are probably one of those fans who booed Brady as he left the pitch. I think we'd probably disagree on a whole bunch of things...

But i also dont care if hes endangered an opponent and come off worse. Its totally his own fault for being reckless. Thats why i dont care if hes injured. He caused the situation.
