Stan Posted 28 December 2017 Posted 28 December 2017 Jesus wept, what a depressing lot. Keep this number handy: 0116 270 0007 This won't be as awful as most of you think. 2
Gazza M Posted 28 December 2017 Posted 28 December 2017 I think we are getting a bit too negative and down in the dumps reading some of the posts on this match. These are no world beaters. They have a great attack, but aren't great at the back. I'm not saying we are going there and beat them, but I think we will keep it tight. We are still a top half side and we have plenty of threats going forward. Let's get behind the lads.
AlloverthefloorYesNdidi Posted 28 December 2017 Posted 28 December 2017 If you get into these you can score. We could get flattened, but no reason we cant compete

We should be playing our best team and our front line can terrify their defence. 3-4 Leicester win in a Christmastime classic. They have the best attack in the league, only their defensive play fails them.
Ric Flair Posted 28 December 2017 Posted 28 December 2017 They can pull off a horror result from nowhere, they usually do it after battering teams so in that respect we may have a small chance. What goes against us is we're often crap around Christmas, often crap away at Anfield and we cannot defend to save our lives.
ARTY_FOX Posted 28 December 2017 Posted 28 December 2017 We aren't taking a thrashing here. We'll win.

RODNEY FERNIO Posted 28 December 2017 Posted 28 December 2017 Still think we should rest players for this one and be full strength against Huddersfield. Although just been on one of their forums and they are certainly wary of Vardy and apparently Puel has never lost against them.
woollett the bullet Posted 28 December 2017 Posted 28 December 2017 Current form suggested we shoudda beat palace / watford. Liverpool will be expected to win this , obviously we play better as underdogs. Kaspers due a blinder , and should be nearly a full strength side. Looking for positives here . . . In good times and the bad , we always back the lads

Wymsey Posted 28 December 2017 Posted 28 December 2017 (edited) Feel it's going to be a goalless draw. Plenty of chances and both sides will be frustrated imo. Edited 28 December 2017 by Wymeswold fox
lee7 Posted 28 December 2017 Posted 28 December 2017 If Salah plays for them then I can see him getting a couple especially if he's up against Fuchs. I hope we get at them. If we can get Vardy in behind then he'll cause them problems all day long.

Still does' nt guarentee a win on monday either Liverpool Is nearer than Porto though
Jimothy Posted 28 December 2017 Posted 28 December 2017 Solanke is bound to score in this. He hasn't looked like he knows what a goal or a football is all season, so I'm expecting a couple of goals.

Fox42 Posted 28 December 2017 Posted 28 December 2017 (edited) I’m being hopeful and going for a high scoring draw, it has all the ingredients for a scintillating game. 3-3 or 2-2 Edited 28 December 2017 by Fox42
Usafox1 Posted 28 December 2017 Posted 28 December 2017 Maybe we’ll get a sound beating that will force the necessary changes we need. We £90m worth of attacking players twiddling their thumbs on the bench while watching the team attempt to force feed Vardy. Maybe 5-0 score will do the trick.
ARM1968 Posted 28 December 2017 Posted 28 December 2017 All depends on Puel’s mindset now he’s had a few setbacks. If we go negative and try to keep it tight we will get battered. If we go at them we have a chance. I still believe a cheeky 1-2 to us is on the cards.
