Reckon there won't be any upsets, so hoping for:

United vs Man City

Chelsea vs Spurs

Swansea vs Brighton

Leicester vs Southampton

Yeah but I reckon we might need a little more development before we face Man City again.

We'll have to face them sooner or later if we want to go through. If we beat them it could be a huge morale boost.

The winner of West Brom v Southampton at home.

I know we haven't beaten West Brom at home since 1837 but it has to change at some point.

I wouldn't mind Cov cos I've got a big mate that is a fan

Somebody told me that they got a massive crowd last week

Is that right if so why was that?

Was he pulling my plonker?

They got over 27000

Not intentionally. The official gate was returned as 28,343 but in reality it was far lower than that. Coventry City home games fluctuate between about 2,000 and 8,000. The higher attendance for Accrington Stanley was due to community day which was very widely promoted and publicised. They also gave away free tickets to schools in the city.

Took a big loud impressive following to MK Dons in fairness.

Cov's away support is far better than Derby or Forest.

They did, but that is atypical.

I have no idea how you have come to this conclusion. CCFCs travelling support is meagre these days, though if they beat Brighton and draw Leicester at the KP they will certainly exceed their allocation and there will be trouble.

Coventry are now looking all but out.

I'd take the winner of the Sheffield Wednesday v Swansea tie, home or away for a shot at the semis.

Don't want to be negative but I think this round might be a bit too much for us. I'd love a few scalps this weekend, but I think we're going to see:

Leicester

Chelsea

Man City

Man United

Tottenham

Swansea

Southampton

Brighton

It'll be:

Man City vs Leicester

Chelsea vs Swansea

Man United vs Brighton

Tottenham vs Southampton

Man City to win the whole thing.

Phew, now that's out of my system... Cov away please!!

Negative ninny ?

Re the big boys, yanited and Chelsea have CL games the weeek before.

there is an int break after the cup games

if we have to draw one of the big four then Chelsea at home (following their away game in Barca) would be best.

Avoid Chelsea (H/A), Man City (H/A), Man Utd (H/A), and Tottenham (H/A).

I'd be happy with Swansea (A), Brighton (A) or Southampton (A).

I'd be ecstatic with Swansea (H), Brighton (H) or Southampton (H).

Weve had good draws to date so would be amazed if we didn't pull on of the big boys out the hat.

All I'm really hoping for is a home game. Avoiding Man City and Spurs would be nice. All the others (possibly Spurs too) we could beat at home.

Leicester haven't been in the semi final in my lifetime ffs so just give me a fixture that lets me believe we can do it.
