He’s far from “turd” his performances earnt him a move to Barcelona. He didn’t make the Portugal squad on the simple fact he doesn’t play enough, not based on ability. He’s 24 years old, 6ft2 & offers an awful amount of creativity from the middle of the park. Something I personally think we lack since the departure of DD. I really think we could could do with signing an creative CM this window for them games where you know the opposition are going to put 10 men behind the ball. One of Gomes, Omür or Banega would be what I would target imo.
danny2997 Posted 18 July 2018 Posted 18 July 2018 People over on Facebook are wanting Rondon... I don't think I've ever felt more disappointed in someone I've never met. 1
Lambert09 Posted 18 July 2018 Posted 18 July 2018 Just heard Gary Cahill is available, I’d be over the moon if that was possible

The release clause is a reported £16.5 (that's 41% of Musa's value !) It would give us a different dimension/option for our foward play and when put against Leo and Slim that looks a good deal to me

Milo Posted 18 July 2018 Posted 18 July 2018 Any idea why we are not in the running for Zinchecko from Man City, especially for £16m??
Foxes1 Posted 18 July 2018 Posted 18 July 2018 Can't see anymore incoming transfers it has always been said we like to do our business early in the window (Silva being sn exception and we cocked that up). Perhaps our owners don't trust Puel to spend the money wisely.

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 18 July 2018 Posted 18 July 2018 Don't know if it's been mentioned but Burnley are in for Mawson apparently. We should be all over that. 1

bpfox Posted 19 July 2018 Posted 19 July 2018 CAN WE JUST GET SOME ONE, ANYONE FOR GOD SAKE IT HAS BEEN SO LONG SINCE OUR LAST SIGNING, now that i have shouted this out do u think the club heard me lol.

We won't offer a fee anything like the amount Swansea want and the player will probably hold out for a "bigger" club. Top six or Everton/West Ham. The Mawson "talk" is probably a load of rubbish by the Burnley board in the vain hope they'll "scare" West Brom into lowering what they want for Craig Dawson. It won't work. Mawson just a whisker away from an England cap last season. Edited 19 July 2018 by lancyclaret
lcfc sheff Posted 19 July 2018 Posted 19 July 2018 if there's any truth in the rumoured fees for Kasper and Musa, we need to show some ambition with our signings and get someone unexpected; Like Fulham have with Seri. Malcom would be great business.
crisp packet Posted 19 July 2018 Posted 19 July 2018 I wanna see some flair! The three behind Vardy need to be ballers.... wide left fwd ? Maddison(centre?) wide right fwd? Diabate Grey albrighton musa This lot haven’t scored 10 league goals between them? We have a big void too fill .
Marutimon Posted 19 July 2018 Posted 19 July 2018 We need creativity in midfield, plus set piece abilities. I have one suggestion that might come relatively cheap but bring back a world class player investment. The main problem? Seems to be a high injury risk. I'm talking about Adama Traore. No, not that Adama Traore. This Adama Traore (@ Monaco): Dead ball specialist. Great technique. Knows where the goal is. Great eye for a pass.

Given Burnley's Euro adventure you'd think you'd be well on it, and have signed at least one or two players already. This doesn't bode well for your Euro or League campaign. Stick or twist isn't wise when balancing survival in either.
FoxinNotts Posted 19 July 2018 Posted 19 July 2018 Far too much transfer speculation today, surrounding us. Think I preferred the relative peace of yesterday.
