Kinda wish our owners would come out and make a statement like the Fulham owner just has about Sessegnon

Well they did. Vichai had that Instagram account after the title win with posts saying Riyad wasn't for sale. Until he shut it down because he was getting abused. Such a shame.

Tomorrow......we are BUYING, we are not SELLING.

Get some rest and have a good night before we go to Old Trafford.

Worth noting

In April, a Canadian company (the parent of Poker Stars) announced the acquisition of Sky Bet.  Apparently there was an anti-trust inquiry, but the deal was completed last month.

Whatever skullduggery may have happened in the past, the two are now separate entities.

I was just thinking about this being an Enron type situation where they control the market by planting stories to manipulate pricing and interactions.  Still not good that the branding is still connected, and assuming Sky still push SkyBet as the premium bookmakers?

But maybe they (our owners) want him to leave for a world record fee

Not really. Because it sets a precedent.

this wont be the last time a player will want to leave the club. We expecting them to post something every time?

and if they don’t people on here will be panicking that that player is definitely leaving

same reason managers don’t talk about players as well

Someone had his Christmas ruined.

God they're salty, aren't they?

Never been that keen on Utd anyway but I'd love it if he stays with us, plays against the odds on Friday and scores the winner.

José's face would be a picture.

But do you really know if he's been silent? and do you really know if man utd are still pursuing him. For all anyone knows it could have been an enquiry or offer that was turned down very early on in the window and the press and media have just carried it on.

I don't know either.

Interpreting a transfer 'dance' means taking assumptions as we never know the full story, even years later let alone at the time.

Having said that, if he wanted to make a statement saying he wanted at least another season with us, he could have made one. He's not been physically gagged.
