Xhaka absolutely loves a booking. If the fouling doesn’t do the job, he’s not above a bit of dissent to seal the deal.
PhillippaT Posted 8 December 2018 Posted 8 December 2018 If it's not the cards that do Hudderzfield in, it'll be the injuries at this rate... EDIT: Maybe not just Hudderzfield... (And if Arsenal don't win this, my wife will be extremely disappointed ;) )
Suzie the Fox Posted 8 December 2018 Posted 8 December 2018 And.. Cardiff go 1-0 up against Southampton.. Pleased for them
Chester Dontlie Posted 8 December 2018 Posted 8 December 2018 Schlupperman just scored for Palace!! Wham still winning 3-2

Pleased for them Same here Suzie … I completely wrote them off but they ain't that bad a side and have great fighting spirit. Southampton on the other hand with better players show that you can never get complacent in this division..... they look doomed.

UniFox21 Posted 8 December 2018 Posted 8 December 2018 Southampton not being awarded 2 penalties, what a way to welcome their new boss to the Prem.
PhillippaT Posted 8 December 2018 Posted 8 December 2018 Yay - Arsenal finally scored. My wife can finally smile again

Lots would take a draw right now Suzie, I'm probably one of them. Hope the evening kick off gets the crowd and players stirred.

Suzie the Fox Posted 8 December 2018 Posted 8 December 2018 As long as we make a go of it tonight i will be happy. Its never easy playing against one the top sides especially when we have key players out with injury. BUT as always i will be putting money on us to win.
egg_fried_rice Posted 8 December 2018 Posted 8 December 2018 Front three of Sterling, Sane, and Mahrez for Man City and hazard up top for Chelsea. Should be an interesting watch.

It's unlikely but at the near midway point we're any kind of result from 8th, and a win would have us 1 point of 6th with a superior goal difference. Given the doom and gloom around this forum, we're actually having a pretty good season

I belong to the ones who think the same way as you, however my opinion is that Spurs are a bridge too far at the moment. Of course anything is possible, but they're on a good run and we're on alternating electric current.

UniFox21 Posted 8 December 2018 Posted 8 December 2018 When will Burnley stop playing the underdog narrative its bloody irritating; they're an established team

Maddison is doing a cracking job replacing Riyads output but we're down our two star players compared to then (although I think we've strengthened the team around them)
