I would go for the following, fitness permitting. Have suggested going for the 3 behind Vardy that we deployed in that excellent first performance under Puel against Everton.

This will be a repeat of our relegation from Championship season. We'll lose 1-3; West Ham won't believe there luck as we cough up some ridiculous early goals to give them confidence. That said my mate is a Hammers fan and he is furious with them - there's massive discontent there and if anything more so than us.  

 

We know that Puel will not play the side we want.  Personally I would drop Mahrez to the bench and play Diabete who at least puts in some effort, also his pace alongside Vardy/Gray/Nacho could be an asset against their slowish defence. Sadly I fear an Anotivic goal or two though.

All I can foresee is Andy Carroll coming off the bench, after all the drama of his sulk last weekend, scoring a far post header then having a massive celebration in front of their fans at the end having avoided relegation just like the Newcastle game. We let things happen to us by not being pro-active and we'll let this happen to us. 0-1, Noble will boss the midfield, we'll have a frantic 15 minutes at the end but won't have any extra forwards to bring on because they're out on loan.
