On Saturday not only am I putting myself through the misery that will probably be the game, but I will also be outside the East stand turnstiles 25-27 with my daughter, shaking my bucket for Alan's run. I'm really hoping that many of you will bring your loose change, a friendly hello, and a witty response to the thread title ? Remember it's all in a good cause, mainly to save my sanity in the build up to the inevitable boring loss

That made me feel sick.

Debbie had a little lamb

She also had a bucket

She stood outside the stadium

When I saw the thread title, I thought Rachel was making an appeal!

However, the truth is a very worthy cause indeed.

It can't be that difficult  Really though, a little bit of light hearted fun for a good cause, and that's your response? You probably need to get out more ;)

I will also have a bucket that you’re all welcome to fill if Deb doesn’t take your fancy!

Good on both of you.

I’m sure many of us (i.e. myself) couldn’t be bothered with sacrificing the pregame routine (i.e. beers) to stand in the weather and do something for others.  Two thumbs up !

Hope you’ve got a big enough bucket to fit my loose change in?

ps I enter through the east stand!

Btw, neither of those are double entendres. They’re literally true. ?

Birch on the Boot Room tonight talking about a lot of our fans moaning about being mid table in the Prem

“It wasn’t so long ago that I pulled off in the car park at Stoke and then burst into tears”

With the double entendres are you and The Birch in any way related Deb ?

Sounds like you may well need a double entendre

I was thinking of starting a thread titled “Stroke My Wand” and letting any Foxettes know that I shall be stood outside turnstile 7 -12 before kick off but other than my own self interest I couldn’t think of a good cause to say it was for.

Would love to help you fill your bucket Deb as I have a sack to empty. Yours in sport, Vicente .

Oh sorry you said witty not smutty!

Seriously hope you fill your bucket. Will try to pop past your turnstiles with some change but will be too embarrassed to introduce myself!
