Just cross the ball and try to overhead kick if everytime or pass to your striker and flick it up then overhead... that shit needs patching

Do you guys just keep focused on your main squad and sell everything else or keep hold of players? Last year I kind of hoarded and tried to balance Prem and Bundes teams. This year thinking of just one main squad

Nothing too great in my my packs, went for the untradeable ones - got Lucas and Felipe Anderson at least which meant I could sell the cards I already had of them. Other than that a couple of 83’s and a shed load of 82s/81s for SBC purposes.

First time in years I’m not spending a penny on this. It’s a hard slog getting a decent team but hopefully it will be more rewarding in the long run.

Hopefully they release a Lucas POTM SBC tomorrow and I can sell some of the investments I bought for it.

Pulled De Gea today after playing a draft which was nice, teams starting to take shape nicely.

 

Looking at upgrading RM (currently Adama), CAM (currently Lanzini) and CDM (currently Kovacic and Ndidi).

 

Thinking Zaha for CAM, Mahrez for RM and Fernandinho for CDM. Unless anyone has better suggestions?

Hi Guys, I now have quite a good team from being fortunate from packs after completing all objectives and SBC's. However, I reckon I have a team instruction setting that is causing me problems in the game. Basically my attackers will make some runs and then just when I pass it through they stop running. It is so annoying, If I pass any earlier then they won't have any hope of getting it.

 

Does anyone know a way to make them keep doing their runs?

I  don't think so as quite often it is not on the last man and even in the centre of the pitch with a player instructed to get forward.

Ok. I haven't messed with player instructions yet. Mine seem to get forward, almost too much

Just noticed this week's featured team on Squad Battles is picked by Jesse Lingard. All Man United players bar one in the starting line up. Wonder if there's anything to read into there.

From what ive heard him and Vardy are/were vital members to the team and a lot of players have lots of respect for them.

 

On the other hand I've had 15k profit tonight buying and selling players and i havent really traded 'properly' since this fifa.

Its actually decent mate, no more pace in the game and you actually have to work goals... but otherwise fut is a front runner yes.

The SBC Lucas is unreal, only cost about 35k plus a few players I already had untradeable too!

You do realise timed shooting is an option? Normal shooting still happens lol.
