I would have Rashford to come on over Rose or Dier, he played well against Tunisia and it would be good to keep the momentum going as he may will be starting in R16 match if Sterling flops against Belgium.

One more goal and a draw against Belgium would put us top of the group, I think.

 

But do we want that?

 

Might or might not lead to a slightly easier match in the last 16 (though there doesn't seem to be much between those teams so far).

But top of the group could lead to a quarter-final against Brazil or Germany, rather than Mexico or Switzerland....

 

Can't try to second-guess such things, I suppose. Just have to try to maintain form and confidence, then tackle whoever's in front of you.
