Keep Sterling on, these are so shite he may actually manage to get a goal and that would do wonders for his confidence.

 

I'd certainly sub Kane for Vardy on or around 60 minutes, the game is long won and he could do with some minutes.

 

Plus I'm actually a bit worried these Panama thugs may intentionally injure our players.
