I can't stand how the media cry about it though saying it's a stag do mentality but it's nothing like a stag do, the only common denominator is boozing and that's not exclusive to football or lads in Benidorm.

CosbehFox Posted 6 June 2019 Posted 6 June 2019 For me, it's incredibly complex to stop or change things. There is a simple solution which will work to some extent - stop the selling of booze in these cities which host England or whoever. But the cities won't want it as it hurts the economy.

But still think it would be been better for it to be sold to different broadcasters, such as BBC and ITV alongside Sky, in order to get more viewing exposure for this particular tournament. Can't help but think it's a monopoly-win for Sky in this instance imo.

The world of sport is reflecting society where the rich get richer. But then we in most cases willing cough up the money to make these people richer.
