15 goals each? Between them how things are going

Vardy was only behind Aguero and Kane last season, Kalechi with a run of games will score as well. Just need to play 352 and let the front 3 play together consistently and all 3 will get double figures.

I am just happy now, that posters can see Vardy-Nacho partnership has potential and can and will develop, into something special.

Plus we know if we they get injuries,we do have decent alternatives..

No matter how some posters think, Gray is a good player for us.He will get mixed game time, but still a good dangerous player,

Starting or has sub....

We have Gray,Albrighton,Ghezzi,,Ricardo who can be played as a pairing,or singularly, but what a great cover potential...

But for me,and I love Albrighton,...Nachos selection is more important and higher priority logic IMO,than finding

space that any idea of starting, any pairing of the former named players.I

If I had the power to chose first choices.....this would be my first names on game Day,at the moment...

Schmeichel

Maguire

Chillwell

Mendy

Maddison

Vardy

Nacho,

7 names,we should IMO build around.Don't be suprised..but Ndidi presently IMO is not an automatic choice!!

More importantly, for me Nacho has forced and played his way to automatic selection...

Could we play...

Schmeichel

Amartey

Soyuncu

Maguire

Chilwell

Albrighton/Gray/Ghezzi/Ricardo

Mendy

Silva/Iborra....Ndidi If he can improve his forward passing game

Maddison

Vardy

Nacho

Would / could Silva fit into this new style and more forward than Ndidi, with Mendy the holding/and interceptor

Or with Iborra and Mendy, with mendy more attacking, and Iborra the holding player.I

If injured, who slips into Maddisons style shoes!!!?

Vardy was suspended for 3 out 7 games and Iheanacho has been limited to mainly substitute appearances, I think having 2 goals each at this stage is a steady return. No reason why they couldn't get 15 each based on the season so far.

If Vardy carried on at the current rate playing every game he'd have ~19 goals at the end of the season.

Iheanacho would have ~13 goals if he carried on being bit part like he is now, should be able to stretch that to 15 with more regular minutes.

Obviously this is just a vague indicator, but would suggest its certainly possible.

With Mahrez out (13 goals total last season) Vardy is Leicester's only proven goalscorer. Slimani had a decent return from the odd games he had (5 goals).

But out of the players left in the Foxes squad Demarai Gray had 4 goals, Okazaki 7... Iheanacho supposedly had a poor season, but he ended up Leicester's 3rd best goalscorer with 8 goals while playing half the minutes of Gray.

Maddison may be a great bet to get Mahrez numbers, but we really need someone to consistently throw in some goals to lessen Vardy's load. They is no indication Gray or Ghezzal has anywhere near that kind of goal return.

Poor game from him.  At one point Vary out sprints the Everton defence and crosses the ball,  expecting Nacho to be busting a gut to get into the box. What's Nacho doing,  strolling around without a care in the world. It just seems that at times he completely switches off and goes into his own dream world.

But a moment later he plays a great through pass with Vardy minimally offside.

Perfectly illustrating his inconsistencies from one minute to the next. Like I said,  it just seems he mentally switches off

We got the best and worst of him today. Some terrible things, but some great things as well. I just have issue noting only the bad things.

Not convinced. Not strong enough. Vardy played a good ball across the 6 yard box and his strike partner wasn't there.

I think his touch does let him down. Otherwise I like when he plays with Vardy. Shame Morgan's red card forced him off, we had momentum at that point.

Without seeing his action in replay when he was not in the box for Vardy's cross, I feel he got a lot of stick. In a different scenario he runs in and Vardy plays it behind him. Hard to have that instinct without playing with the same players regularly but I can see fans frustration in that scene.

Give him time and games and he'll be a real asset for us.

Both him and Vardy don’t look after the ball enough. Neither can hold the ball up, both are scruffy in possession. Nacho and Vardy individually and collectively were very frustrating to watch today. At least Vardy was getting into goal scoring opportunities I guess. Nacho didn’t and I wasn’t surprised when he was subbed.

Neither offer enough. You can't have any player just stand up top waiting for the ball to come to them.

the game has evolved, they need to be working the CBs more creating space for others also.

I'm usually quite placid on the ground but I was screaming at him for this, he should have been charging in the box for a goal at that point, not ambling in. He's so lazy at times.

Let’s give him a fair shot, start him

and vardy till January and reevaluate if he’s good enough to start by then.

hes still contributing goals and assists, but I do agree we can still expect some improvement but I suppose it’s good to know the best is yet to come?

Great assist. He's definitely improving, and I'm really looking forward to when he and Vardy fully click as a partnership.

It's the inconsistencies that are frustrating - loved him charging Pickford down at one point and almost nicking it off him, but at the same time groaned when he wasn't on the end of Vardy's cross.

Let's keep in mind he's still only 22 - he's got a lot to learn still.

Shifting Maddison to accommodate him is ridiculous. It also means Chilwell gets left on his own as Maddison drifts in

...spot on!!!

If he needs to incorporate Ieanacho he has to be played as a two up front with Vardy and Maddison in the hole. You cannot waste Maddison in the wing position (although he does drift in to the middle) and impacting Chilwell just to accomodate one player. Without sounding like a Puel hater (to be honest he brings a lot of the criticism on himself) but what appears clearly obvious to others is ignored by him.
