Another Leeds fan here,  half my family are Leeds (dad from Dewsbury) and half are Leicester (mum from Lutterworth).  Driving back down the M1 after our game this evening the pings from texts and FB notifications meant I had to pull in to the services at Tibshelf to see what was going on.  Devastated, really, I remember the celebrations two years ago (which we definitely took part in!).   Our best wishes to everyone at LCFC.

Exactly the same mate. I know it's just football but these guys are our family. They've given us so much.

 

Times like this will bring us together. We need to all be here for each other.

Leicester have been an inspiration to the football world in recent years. It’s horrible to see this tragedy.

 

I just want to show my respect for the unity between ownership, club, fans and city that is part of the Leicester story.

 

I wish all strength to those involved and affected by the crash.

I have read every single post on this thread from the time I first saw the news.  Just a horrible tragedy and I send my very best to the LCFC family. The outpouring from supporters of the other clubs is simply amazing.

Thoughts with all connected to Leicester City Football Club. 

A couple of seasons ago you gave all football fans something we will never forget for all the right reasons. 

Sadly tonight it looks like that’s happened again for all the wrong reasons. 

Like me I’m sure there’s many football fans wished they had a chairman like yours that they felt truly conected with. 

Pray and hope it’s not the tragedy it seems to be.

I am lost for words. Spent the last few hours painting after the game then come up for dinner  and seen the news.

 

Absolutely shell shocked  right now and sick to my stomach.  Im hoping and praying for a miracle that anyone on board survived even of it looks horrific.

 

Im fighting not to cry.

 

Please be okay everyone on board please.

Can’t help but worry about this like a family member was on board. And I feel disgusting for hoping that Vichai wasn’t on board because no matter how many people were on board, I can’t help but think that at least someone will have died. And that is truly heart breaking. 

 

Vichai has been nothing short of amazing since he took over. If he has passed away as so many believe he has, then we are losing a true legend and a proper gentleman. 

 

Whst an an awful night.

I feel so sick over it, they feel like family and I’m truly devastated, nobody could say anything bad about them! As they really are the nicest people you could meet! 

 

We are so lucky to have been gifted them and I would do anything for them to be ok!

I know what you mean mate, just in a trance. I've done 3/4 bottle of brandy and can't snap out of this horror. Its gut wrenching.
