We are in desperate need of a terrior of a striker.

Same style as Jamie vardy with similar attributes for vardy.

Or a clinical target man that can also hold up the ball but also runs his socks off to get into goal scoring positions.

Your talking about a personality and not a players ability.

Did you notice I said similar attributes and not exact same mould as you have changed for me.

 

When vardy gets subbed or is injured the only goals we have got is from maddison.

“Same style as Jamie Vardy” is what you said. I’m not talking about personality I’m talking about Jamie’s style of play. Which is what you referred to. You know, his knack for playing on the shoulder and getting in behind the defence. I’d think we need more of an aguero “style of play” in someone who can link the play to bring our wingers and cam into the game more and move the whole team up the pitch.

Yes same style I did say nothing wrong with wanting another version of vardy.

 

I also said a target man.

 

All I think we need in this window is 1 x BB midfielder with creative play and the ability to get the ball forward.

 

And a striker with the ability to find the back of the net.

 

Think the squad looks good from then on.

 

Although if a new right back did need to come in so it could put Ricardo on the wing I'd be happy with that aswel but it's not urgent

Does anybody think we may be letting too many players go?

Lets just say he sells Silva, Iborra and Diabate and then doesn't sign anyone, we'd not have huge numbers in centre midfield and hardly many wingers.

Now I know that Diabate has rarely featured but if we do get injuries then we don't have alot

It really doesn't matter whether its a like for like Vardz replacement or a target man, As long as they can clinically finish their chances. Someone decent in the air would be nice.

As much as I like Wanyama, his disciplinary record isn't that good and he isn't an upgrade on any of the DMs that we have right now.
