Finnegan Posted 16 December 2018 Posted 16 December 2018 The football his Monaco played was sexy af. Much better fit for us than Puel ever was.
Dr Marco Posted 16 December 2018 Posted 16 December 2018 don't forget he had a great team when he won the title: Bernardo silva, M'bappé, Thomas lemar, Benjamin Mendy, Fabinho...

Bloody hell. No wonder he looked good. That's quite a spine to his team. Can he do the same job with Albrighton, Mendy, Silva, Iborra and Iheanacho is the question now.

Certainly not, any manager is gonna need a hell of a financial backing in this winter transfer window for us to improve

I don't think anyone is expecting him to win the title here if he comes tbh. Even when Puel was successful, this is how his teams played. Organised, efficient and lifeless. I'm less interested in Jardem replicating Monaco'a success and more their style tbf.

The players he had that were mentioned in the post are streets ahead of ours, I suppose that's the point. It still comes back to what do people expect to be made out of a sow's ear of a squad, whomever is manager. That's not me saying Jardim shouldn't or couldn't happen, I'm just hesitant that another change of manager, especially one that has no premier league experience, could have a detrimental effect I still think Puel will be given to the end of the season (for reasons I've stated on FT a number of times already) and then the club will reassess but my understanding is growing for those who just want him removed straight away, without necessarily agreeing.
CosbehFox Posted 16 December 2018 Posted 16 December 2018 Can’t see him coming here unless we act quick. He’s spoken about as Man U’s replacement for Mourinho

He also had Bakayoko in that team and somehow made him look good, Imagine what he could do with Ndidi.

He was the one player in the list that I slightly rolled my eyes at as I read it. Really didn't work out for him at Chelsea.
Heymister2015 Posted 16 December 2018 Posted 16 December 2018 If Jardim came I’d love for him to sign Bakayoko and get the best out of him again here. Also that unbelievable team was from the academy!
