Pochettino: Spurs will learn from Leicester experience and be ‘professional’ in title race

This is such a pointless article.

They've deviated hugely from the fact they thought it was their right to win the league being the bigger club.

Their arrogance was a huge factor in their inevitable downfall.

The reason every team was rooting for us was we were the underdogs. We'd gone about our business quietly, respectfully and never acknowledging what we were achieving until we were basically there.

Spurs can't act like that, then call for sympathy and play victim when people want you to lose.

Professionalism and respect is a 2 way street, act like arrogant tw4ts and thats how you'll be treated.

This afternoon, we should sing a special Xmas edition of  ‘who came third in a two horse race’ to remind them of just how sh1t their mentality is when it comes to the big games !

make sure we sing it when the game kicks off so match of the day will have to broadcast it !

Still waiting for you, still waiting for you, Tottenham Hotspur still waiting for you.

I thought they were very respectful for the whole 10 minutes they were top.

You are vastly under-rating their achievement, it was a lengthy 13 minutes they were top....

“But it’s true the season when Leicester were there, and only us were fighting to compete on the same level, of course the sympathy for Leicester was bigger than for Tottenham".....Then how the fcuk did they manage to finish 3rd. I don't give a flying whatsit who wins the premier League this year, as long as Tottenham finish 3rd.

I knew it was a long time but didn't realise it was that long. ffs they were good.

Many people still consider them outsiders and plenty of neutrals might prefer to see them finish top come May.

I doubt that there are more neutrals wanting them to win it than Man City or Liverpool.

Tottenham supporters entitled portrayal of their own club ensures that they are generally despised more than almost any other club I can think of.

Imagine having an issue because teams tried to beat you lol

Well, didn't they have a problem with one of their refs, forcing the prem to change it because even though he was a Bristol city fan, his cousins pet dog was bred in rural Leicestershire or some sort of tenuous nonsense.
