Vardinio'sCat Posted 30 January 2019 Posted 30 January 2019 Surprised it isn't a 3, but I guess we need to have a threat, or they will swamp us.

Grebfromgrebland Posted 30 January 2019 Posted 30 January 2019 Yeah think 4-4-1-1 is the way to go here

kyleolly Posted 30 January 2019 Posted 30 January 2019 Quite fancy our chances with Wijnaldum at right back and shaquiri in their side, I’m sure i’ll Be eating my words at 10 pm
fazzyfox Posted 30 January 2019 Posted 30 January 2019 If Robertson plays then Albrighton will have a lot of tracking back to do but I have faith in him to do it. If any of Robertsons overlaps don't come off then a nice early ball into the vacated space down that flank for Vardy would be a cunning plan. Sorry I've gone all 2016 on you. Early ball....what was I thinking.

Big game for Gray, chance to kick on from a good goal at wolves and really get at a makeshift full back. We will keep a clean sheet v Liverpool and he will get back in the team next week.
Langston Posted 30 January 2019 Posted 30 January 2019 That two is too weak, for me. I think we're in for a hiding.

Woodsey1727 Posted 30 January 2019 Posted 30 January 2019 Why do we go with a 2 man midfield and keep hamza on the bench, when we best Chelsea and man city with a 3 man midfield and hamza on the pitch

Xen Posted 30 January 2019 Posted 30 January 2019 Arguably our strongest XI at present. The defense is the right choice for this match - Morgan would be ruined here. Only changes I would have made would be Hamza for Mendy or Ndidi, and Barnes for Gray, but that's down to preference. Imagine we'll see Simpson come on and Pereira pushed forwards at some point.

Silva Fox Posted 30 January 2019 Posted 30 January 2019 Surprise surprise, Ndidi and Mendy in but no Choudhury!
shiv Posted 30 January 2019 Posted 30 January 2019 Tanner reporting that Albrighton playing RCM so it’s 4-3-3.
H.a.r.r.y Posted 30 January 2019 Posted 30 January 2019 No Choudhary OR Barnes, but we play those 2 goons in the middle, asking for a loss. At least Puel dropped Morgan though

Can't believe Wes has dropped himself. But Wes might have a niggle, don't forget, so it might just be wise management by the big man.
