RumbleFox Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 If true then welcome aboard (soon). For some unknown reason I have never been a fan of his and find him unlikeable but I must admit his record is very, very good and he fits the remit (possession football and decent record with young players). He is also still pretty young and definitely has something left to prove in Premier League. Quite surprised actually, I remember MON leaving us for Celtic so actually quite nice to turn the tables and it is certainly a statement of intent. X
Xen Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Would be strange to print it with such certainty if it wasn't for definite. Didn't expect anything permanent to happen until the summer so this is a welcome surprise.
TiffToff88 Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 I'd imagine he'll be at the game tonight if its all true
gw_leics772 Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Finally a manager who actually wants to join us, and giving up on a treble for it. Im happy with that (if true)
Trelleh Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 He’ll have Benkovic firing on all cylinders as well, positive times ahead??
WestLothianFox Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Local radio up here also saying he is about to Quit Celtic to take over at Leicester
koop. Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 I haven't been this buzzing since we won the league. This could be a massive move
davieG Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Well I hope those who disliked Puel's style of play are ready to accept Rodgers because by all accounts it's pretty much the same but without having a team that is totally superior to the opposition. we can but wait and see.
Wolfox Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 How come is the currant bun gets all the breaking stories? Whos phone have they been tapping?
stripeyfox Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 just been on Fivelive too Roddy Forsyth choking on his square sausage as to why he would leave Celtic for Leicester and not Arsenal

Rodgers record speaks for itself Puels does not
Chester Dontlie Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 What a disappointment. You want to read a story about romantic cannibalism, they link you to a piece on wrinkled fruits. Oh well. Get in Buck Rodgers
davieG Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 2 minutes ago, koop. said: Rodgers record speaks for itself Puels does not Puel's had success in the past. I was questioning his achievements just his style of play. We will see if he can make it work with these players against PL opposition. I'm not even against him coming just aware as to how similar he is to Puel football wise.
les-tah Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 we need a manager bigger than Vardy and Kasper in my opinion and Brendan Rogers is.
