Regardless of the outcome here, if England are going to continue to keep putting effort in to the u21s, which you should really, you're going to have to actually start hiring decent young coaches and not giving the job to has been flops. 

 

This squad should be doing far better than it has been.

 

The FA should stump up a reasonable amount of cash and try and promote the prestige of the job, get people interested, treat it as a gateway to managing the national team. 

 

Italy has an academy for young managers and coaches to learn the game. The UK needs to catch up a bit really. I mean Aidy ****ing Bothroyd, what do you expect?

Pay good money and you’ll pick up some decent young managers making their way through the leagues.
