I don't think that could have gone much better. A winnable tie for ourselves and the only top flight side to avoid opposition from the PL. The number of PL sides guaranteed to half with at least 2 more of the 'Top 6' going in the bin.

Glad Man United got a shite draw after that shambolic showing tonight.

Week beginning 28th October

We're bound to play on the Tuesday 29th. Three games that must be Wednesday are Villa vs Wolves, Liverpool vs Arsenal and Chelsea vs Man Utd.

Lots of potential for TV games in there. I would guess Man City vs Southampton Tuesday and Liverpool vs Arsenal Wednesday?

I think this draw basically proves that it’s rigged - they’ve got to do one like this where it looks like it’s not rigged in order to be able to get away with the ones that are rigged.

OMFG, this wins, this wins.

Its like a city fan got to choose which balls came out. Other than maybe us being at home and city and Liverpool drawing each other it's the best possible outcome for us. the odds of something like that ie the all prem ties and the leauge one ties and us getting the last leauge one side must be in the hundred thousands to one.

Where are the cup draw conspiracy nuts that usually come out of the woodwork that think it's rigged to stop the big clubs meeting and basically screw Leicester?

It is rigged. We got Burton:P

Would be nice but I doubt they will ignore Liverpool vs Arsenal, that will be the one that pulls the viewing numbers. Or Chelsea vs Man U.

Feels good to finally be part of the shady footballing establishment who benefit from all these rigged draws.

Exactly. I love the F.A. Good honest people.

lol superb draw. They've pulled off a lot of upsets though so no taking them lightly.

It's all far too set up for Man City at home in the quarters followed by Man City getting Crawley, Colchester, Oxford or Sunderland in the semis isn't it.
