That's a red for Pickford all day long. Offside should be irrelevant

Players can be sent off after the final whistle - so yes. Didn't even get a yellow.

It’s the new T-shirt line handball rule

Got it thanks. I was like I’ve never seen the line on the offensive player drawn so far forwards like that.

Still those lines are a certain thickness. The picture is blurry (can we get 4K up in here?). The camera angle is off line. They seem noticeably iffy most of the time.

But in terms of rules, that play "never happened" given it was offside.

Well it is very clumsy and late, I don’t think there is any intention other than trying to stop a goal... I saw it has a yellow. He wouldn’t have known it was offside either.

Pickford is that annoying erratic school kid, who’d want to go in goal every lunchtime and if you said no he’d go off crying and tell the teacher.

We all had one.

So it's OK to assault a player after the whislte's gone?

Fvckin rugby tackle that could have done far more damage than he did ...   and he probably meant it ..   imo.

No, but this situation wasn't after the final whistle? This was a foul which was ruled out given the play was offside

It is nothing to do with the whistle, VAR didn't see it as dangerous play. Ridiculous.

Not worth a look? Was an awful challenge, VVD could be seriously injured there.
