Have you ever wanted Leicester to lose or not win a game?

No. There have been times I'd take a point before the game, or not too fussed if we lose, but actively wanting us to? Can't imagine it happening.

Exactly this. Often think we not going to get anything out of a game but still rooting for the boys to pull something out of the bag

Like others, never actively wanted us to lose, but didn't give a toss about the league cup earlier this year.

Yeah but you can always play the third or fourth string so there really is no excuse to actively wanting to lose.

I think that a lot of people who responded to the topic have misunderstood the question. It isn't asking whether there have been games where you're not really bothered about the result if it's a meaningless end of season fixture, because even then you would still want us to win I presume. The question is have you ever had real positive reasons for wanting us to lose or draw as opposed to win.

I'm in the firmly no camp, but this is the closest. Not as far as not fussed if we lose before the game but ie, the final game before shit managers get the sack, or out of a shit cup before getting trounced by man city in the next leg, I can enjoy it for what it is after the event.

Which is big enough for me because not only do I never want us to lose, I ALWAYS believe we can!

Literally never. No matter how much I’d want us to get rid of managers in the past or get knocked out of comps, secretly deep down I still want to win, always!

Id say the arsenal game in the league cup this season, with the bad draw we got, the fact we’re in the Europa league, lots of injury’s etc is probably the first time I’d argue I was happy to get knocked out, however in the game when it said ‘there’s been a goal’ I wanted it to be us still!

When you hear "there's been a goal"!

Plastic 😱

Pleat Out, sure any Leicester fan of a certain vintage would have probably shouted this

1990-91 was my first season. All home games and with it being pleats last year, that season had it all.

At home we had play offs form, but shit away, which I didn't even follow, so I saw great results, got to join in with Pleat out, and got one of the best celebrations when Tony James kept us up.

And here I am! Thanks Pleat for your part in it.

I hear ya... But.

This is a forum and the "misunderstood" responses make this a far better read than a load of no's followed by a few yes's with bizarre self justifications. Roll with it.

I must admit I think during that Palace game under Puel (which did eventually see him sacked) when they went 1-3 up I thought we need to lose this, it will help us in the long run, and I'd argue it probably did.

It's not so much hoping we lost, but more not being as fussed once we had.
