I’d quite like to come into this thread and read about a player Leicester are genuinely targeting, rather than some polish third division winger someone’s bought on football manager

Wareham, 17, was released by Queens Park Rangers two years ago but has been playing senior football at Woking. Southampton, Leicester City and West Ham have been among the clubs scouting him.

Ricardo Pereira could be available to snap-up for just £30m this January after his fantastic start to the season for Leicester City , according to reports.

The 26-year-old , who joined the club from Porto in 2018, has been in inspired form for Leicester this term, helping the club to their current league position of second in the Premier League .

Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have both already been linked with the full-back, as well as PSG who were the latest to find themselves thrust into a transfer battle.

But now Spanish giants Barcelona have been linked with a January move after reports in Catalonia claimed that Ernesto Valverde had sent scouts to watch Brendan Rodgers' defender on a number of occasions.

The report, by Estadio Deportivo , also claims Leicester will be willing to let the 26-year-old go for just €35m (£30m), £8m more than they paid for him in 2018.

Porto don't pay their players much though, hence why Ricardo came to a team in the PL who had just finished 9th. Top whack they'll pay him about 45 bags. If we signed him he'd get a massive signing on fee and an extra 20k a week minimum.
