I like the Adidas stuff myself.

The home shirt this season isn't my favourite but 8 of the 9 kits so far have been decent.

Slightly better than the Puma gear.

I was excited about the Puma contract, but was disappointed to some extent. The Adidas ones have been better.

I quite like the Nike kits, but not sure we will go there.

Under armour support trophy hunting don’t they? I am sure that’s why Andy Murray ended working with them and went to Castore. I don’t want us to be associated with that really. It would be good to get some more interesting and unique kits.

What the hell is trophy hunting? Edit - ahhh dead animals

Yeah I’m an Adidas trainer whore can’t beat them

They're great. I've got a pair of Superstars that I've had for about 10 years. The soles are about knackered, but they're still comfy as fook and fine for mucking about in. Pretty much indestructible.

I went to Loughborough to get some new trainers. On the way, I decided I'd like some of those shell toe Adidas trainers that Run DMC used to wear, then I thought that there's no chance any shop in Loughborough would have them. I thought they'd probably be a rare retro item no longer in production. First shop I went in, there they were. The exact thing I had in mind (except the colour). Not only that, but they'd been reduced. Not once, but twice. From £55 to £27, and then from £27 to £13.50. £13.50!! I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Then I was praying they had my size. I had a look through the boxes, and found one size 11 left. Brilliant. Then I looked in the box, and to my despair, there was only one shoe inside. FFS. Then I had the brainwave to check the one on the display. Sure enough, it was the missing shoe. I just wanted to get them bought and get out as quickly as possible before my luck ran out!

Sorry - you just reminded me. I forgot to say I vomited out the car window on the way home. Must have been about a dozen times.

Was Milan Mandaric sitting at the side of the road ??

For the more discerning older supporter, I've heard Frank Brierley has thrown his hat in the ring and apparently he could do them at a reasonable price!

I don’t agree. In terms of footwear Nike and Adidas are the market leaders. In terms of other sportswear under armour are surely the stand outs. Their patented technology gives them the edge on their rivals.

Yes, I think he might have been now you mention it. Someone who looked an awful lot like him caught some Sealink salsa square in the eye. I felt terrible.

(This may not have 100% definitely happened)

I’d like New Balance or Under Armour.

Urgh not Under Armour, can't think of anyone but Spurs when I think of them. Plus I bought a pair of their running shoes and they were awful

I like the Adidas stuff, be nice to stick with them and hopefully we get some more bespoke stuff

Worth mentioning the last two seasons we’ve had a third kit sell out and Adidas couldn’t be arsed to do another bulk order/run for the club. With the Maroon this year, that’s been the case from November onwards

What a bunch of non-maroons.

Under Armour is overpriced tat, Tottenham & Southampton fans were left disappointed. New Balance made their name producing the most disgusting, bloated American "sneakers" imaginable.

Adidas seem abit overpriced generally but fit and quality are spot on. Their 3rd kits are quite low effort for the non-elite clubs, Leeds have the same maroon away kit as us this season. But generally compared to the other leading manufacturers they're above average. Our home kit last season was lovely too, finer details done really well.
