I can't understand how anyone thinks the mint green looks like a Coventry kit.

 

Historically, we've had a lot of red away kits, people always moan it's the colour of Forest for some reason. I quite like the red shirts. When I first started going in the late 80's, the kit was always blue, white and red. Even the home shirt would have red trim on the collar, Scoreline and Bukta kits.

 

Nobody seems to say that white looks like a Derby shirt though.

The actual kit we wore tonight (not the photoshopped images) had a black sponsor

With those navy shorts it looks much better. It'll grow on me. Its nicer straight off the bat than the maroon was but we all know why that is now one of our most famous away shirts. Tielemans ('63)

We could lift every single piece of silverware this season and the shirt would still make me retch.

No but the lighting for a professional photoshoot will look different to some lad taking a picture on his iphone in a dingy, dark Adams Park dressing room.

thought the same.. the trim looks black as well.
