It's a total joke

 

Football is so vast that 12 clubs even with their wealth and money won't be that much better than the rest I don't care what others think. Even if they were the biggest clubs they won't attract all the best players, they won't have the atmosphere in the grounds or the passion of a relegation fight. It'll just be hyped up TV drama that will spew out the same old mid-table dullness week in week out that everyone will stop caring about.

Agreed on the wildcard, that is despicable, and was UEFA’s sop to the rebels, but would you rather UEFA was run by a corrupt patsy like Platini or Blatter who submissively allowed this to happen without a fight? This needs strong and firm direction from the very top, and it looks as if he is providing it.

I'd hate to think what Blatter and Platini would be doing in this situation but I find it hard to praise the bloke for only being less of a slimy shithouse than the other lot

My additional Occam's bits-of-bog-roll-on-face reading... given they're having to fork out a huge wodge to pay off a failed manager their fans didn't want in the first place, the ESL news is a perfect vehicle for minimising coverage of their f*** up

This is dependent on players wanting to stay at clubs that are part of it. It wouldn't surprise me if a few don't.

Edit: would probs have Matty Cash or Walker peters at RB. Scrap that would be Lamptey for me. 
 

James Ward Prowse and Ings as well, maybe Kevin would finally get a call up.
